Welcome to Villa The Beji, a beautiful and spacious, contemporary, six-bedroom villa in the heart of Canggu, close to a whole host of great restaurants and cafes, and walking distance to the Canggu Club with its world class recreational facilities, and just a short drive from the beach. Incredibly well laid out around a massive garden and lawn, the villas communal areas include a large dining room and sitting room looking over the estate, and each of the bedrooms sits is in its own pavilion with en-suite bathrooms and outdoor terrace, offering privacy to all. Packed with facilities that include a media room, large swimming pool, mini football pitch, a flood-lit tennis court and gym, a car and driver and a full complement of staff, Villa The Beji is a fantastic place for large families or groups who seek the finer things in life and are looking to get the most out of their Bali holiday. Villa The Beji is an expansive villa covering around 4,000sqm of land and consists of a series of pavilions which include a large two-storey dwelling housing the communal living and entertainment areas, six separate sleeping pavilions, some water features and fish ponds, a massive garden and lawn and a sports and recreation area with tennis court and gym to the rear. The bedroom pavilions spread fan like both sides of the garden down from the main house to where the 21 metre swimming pool with a sun deck with four double sun loungers that sit under the tall trees that form the border of the property. The bedroom pavilions spread fan like both sides of the garden down from the main house to where the 21 metre swimming pool with a sun deck with four double sun loungers that sit under the tall trees that form the border of the property. The main house at the head of the property has an elevated open-air sitting area with three super comfortable sofas that look out over the garden and down to the pool. To the right is a large open-air dining room with a massive solid-wood dining table with seating for 16 or more. At the back is a large, fully fitted and well-stocked kitchen with all appliances, glassware and flatware, which guests are welcome to use if they wish. Upstairs is a media room with a large projector screen, a DVD library, books and a comfortable sitting arrangement. In addition to these communal areas, each bedroom has it's own open-air terrace immediately outside each room with comfortable couches and air chairs overlooking the garden. Rooms 3 & 5 also have an extra shared sitting area, which sits between the two entranceways and leads directly to the garden. Villa The Beji's masses of lawns and gardens provide a beautiful location for enjoying the outdoors, especially for children who can run around to their hearts' content. Adults. However, will really enjoy the large pool deck with four double sunloungers that sits at the edge of the 21 metre long at the bottom of the garden, where they can relax and unwind while being waited on by the villa's butlers. The pool area comes alive at night with tea candles and lights when the villa manager, Fengky, does one of his famous and magical poolside BBQs. Next to the media room is a rooftop terrace where dinner or drinks can be served to catch the sunsets, and which looks out over the flood lit tennis court and surrounding rice fields. Each has an inside bathroom with twin sinks and a large sunken bath, as well as an open air shower. Situated to the left of the main house and opposite rooms 1 & 2, these rooms are also mirrors of each other with one room having a queen size bed and the other with a twin arrangement. Each has their own private terrace as well as a shared entrance area with couches and arm chairs. Both en-suites have sunken bathtubs, twin vanities and monsoon showers. To the rear of the villa is a large area devoted to sports with soccer net, basketball, a floodlit tennis court and an air-conditioned gymnasium with free weights, a treadmill, cross fit machine and a rowing machine. Villa The Beji is only a 500 metres from the Canggu Club in the heart of South Canggu, with many good spas, cafes and small western and Indonesian restaurants lining the main road outside the villa. Heading further afield it's just a short drive to many of the best restaurants and beach bars that Canggu is becoming increasingly famous for, like Deus ex Machina, the Beach House, Betelnut, Old Man's, and Milk & Madu. And the Canggu Club is Bali's premier sports and leisure facility with many attractions for both children and adults. There are several good beaches within easy driving distance, and a great supermarket just 500m away. The Bali Equestrian Centre is only 900m away, a place where young and old can ride to their heart's content on a number of resident horses and ponies. Sophisticated Seminyak, a few kilometres south of Canggu, lays claim to the highest concentration of independent fine-dining restaurants on the island, including Sarong, La Lucciola and Ku Dé Ta, together with a wide choice of chic cocktail bars, exciting nightclubs, lavish spas and elegant boutiques. About 13km up the coast to the north of Canggu is the Nirwana Bali Golf Club which was designed by Greg Norman and is frequently voted the number one golf course in Asia. Policies & DisclaimersAny events and parties with more than 10 participants must be approved in advance by the management, and a stipulated local authority and security guard fee will be applied. Please read our terms & conditions carefully before you finally confirm your booking and pay your deposit. When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to VillaNaBali within 5 working days of availability confirmation. VillaNaBali must receive the following deposit payment on the time stated in the Invoice/Booking confirmation. Invoice issued by VillaNaBali for each individual booking is a part of agreement between the Guest and the Owner. For rentals beginning more than 30/60 days (depends on the villa and rental season) after the date of the booking request - a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable. For rentals beginning 30/60 days (depends on the villa and rental season) or less after the date of the booking request - the total rental amount is payable as a deposit. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, VillaNaBali reserves the right to void the Guest's booking request. Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 30/60 days (depends on the villa and rental season) before the scheduled arrival date. All payments must be made in US Dollars, unless otherwise agreed with VillaNaBali, and must be made in accordance with VillaNaBali's payment instructions as set out in the Guest's booking confirmation. If payments are not made on or before the due dates stated in Invoice/Booking confirmation as required herein, the Owner or the Owner's Representative may cancel the booking, in which case this Rental Contract will be thereby terminated without any further notice required. Cancellation charges may apply as detailed below. A security deposit may be payable directly to the Owner or Owner's Representative immediately upon arrival at the Property. The standard security deposit required for each Property is stated in the Property desc
— all additional expenses incurred on the Guest's behalf (e.g. additional charges for goods, services and staff which have not been directly paid by the Guest, and telephone and transport charges, if applicable) and — the cost of replacement or repair for any loss or damage to the Property or its surrounds or contents caused during the Rental Period. If this cost cannot be reasonably determined prior to the Guest's departure, the Owner or the Owner's Representative is entitled to withhold a reasonable estimate from the Guest's security deposit, and will return any balance to the Guest as soon as possible after the actual cost has been determined. If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice (via e-mail) of cancellation must be sent to VillaNaBali. All cancellation notices received by VillaNaBali will be acknowledged in writing (by email). It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance. Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to: — Cancellation of one or more days of a booking; — An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking; — Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification); and — Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property. In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply: — 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period — 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period — 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period. The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and VillaNaBali will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.
