The master bedroom is positioned on the upper floor and accessed via an external staircase. The two guest rooms are situated on ground level and each is accessed via glass sliding doors, which open directly to the pool. The master room is furnished with a beautiful antique king-size bed, and an antique kartini chair/wooden chaise longue. The batik-wrapped hand-made lamps hang above the bed and the room is equipped with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and a 40-inch satellite channel TV. Glass doors open to a balcony which overlooks the pool and garden, from here you can glimpse a view of the bay over the rooftops. The bathroom has two washbasins and an outdoor shower opens to the sky.

Guest bedroom one features a merbau wood floor and is furnished with a queen-size, a chaise longue, bedside tables and lamps, its white walls decorated with a Balinese painting and a full-length mirror. The room is cooled by a choice of air-conditioning or a ceiling fan under a flat roof ceiling, as well as a 32-inch satellite channel TV. The en-suite bathroom has a non-slip marble floor, twin washbasins, fitted wardrobes, and an outdoor open-air shower.

The second guest bedroom is similar in style, but with a high roof and a queen size four-poster bed draped in fresh white netting. The bathroom is the same but with a single washbasin and a standing alfresco shower surrounded by high walls for privacy but open to the sky.

Villa inclusive of :

• Accommodation for 2 persons per bedroom. Maximum one extra child per booking can sleep free of charge in baby cot or in parents' bed.

**Guests may smoke outside in the garden and terraces. Ignorance of this rule may result in heavy penalties for room and furniture cleaning, and odor eliminating, thus the villa manager may refuse to refund your breakage bond especially if we find you smoke inside of the bedrooms or in enclosed lounging areas.

Local Amenities and Activities

This stunning three bedroom villa has been recently renovated with all modern conveniences available to the guests. Villa Cempaka has a large swimming pool in it's tropical garden. At the pool's edge you can sun bake in the loungers, relax in the cool traditional bale or sit and have a snack at the outdoor dinning setting. There is another roof-top bale with bay and sunset views and an authentic daybed. It is the perfect place to escape with a book and a glass of your favorite drink. 

The spacious living area looks onto the swimming pool and surrounded by several ponds with meditating Buddha statues. It has a fully equipped good size kitchen and dining table to sit 8 persons. You can sit on the comfortable L shaped sofa and watch the flat-screen TV with home theater sound system and DVD player.

Breakfast can be served in the air conditioned living area or in the open air dinning setting by the pool.

Guests of Villa Cempaka have access to Puri Tirta Villas private pier with motor boat and four kayaks. The 22 foot twin engine boat with professional captain can be hired. Kayaks are free of charge for the guests. Jet Set Marine is a professional water sports center which is located just 300 meters from the property. You can jump your jet-ski right from our private jetty. Puri Tirta's pier can also be used for a lovely sunset dinner upon your request (though, it is possible during high tide).

Policies & Disclaimers

Any events and parties with more than 10 participants must be approved in advance by the management, and a stipulated local authority and security guard fee will be applied. Please read our terms & conditions carefully before you finally confirm your booking and pay your deposit.
When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to VillaNaBali within 5 working days of availability confirmation. VillaNaBali must receive the following deposit payment on the time stated in the Invoice/Booking confirmation. Invoice issued by VillaNaBali for each individual booking is a part of agreement between the Guest and the Owner.

For rentals beginning more than 30/60 days (depends on the villa and rental season) after the date of the booking request - a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable.
For rentals beginning 30/60 days (depends on the villa and rental season) or less after the date of the booking request - the total rental amount is payable as a deposit.
If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, VillaNaBali reserves the right to void the Guest's booking request.
Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 30/60 days (depends on the villa and rental season) before the scheduled arrival date.
All payments must be made in US Dollars, unless otherwise agreed with VillaNaBali, and must be made in accordance with VillaNaBali's payment instructions as set out in the Guest's booking confirmation.
If payments are not made on or before the due dates stated in Invoice/Booking confirmation as required herein, the Owner or the Owner's Representative may cancel the booking, in which case this Rental Contract will be thereby terminated without any further notice required. Cancellation charges may apply as detailed below.

A security deposit may be payable directly to the Owner or Owner's Representative immediately upon arrival at the Property. The standard security deposit required for each Property is stated in the Property description or Invoice/Booking confirmation; however the Owner has the right to impose different requirements on a case-by-case basis. Access to the Property may be refused if security deposit is not paid in full. When the security deposit is required to be paid in cash, or when a non-standard security deposit applies, VillaNaBali will inform the Guest in advance of the amount payable and any other conditions.

The security deposit will normally be refunded at the end of the rental period, after deducting:
— all additional expenses incurred on the Guest's behalf (e.g. additional charges for goods, services and staff which have not been directly paid by the Guest, and telephone and transport charges, if applicable) and
— the cost of replacement or repair for any loss or damage to the Property or its surrounds or contents caused during the Rental Period. If this cost cannot be reasonably determined prior to the Guest's departure, the Owner or the Owner's Representative is entitled to withhold a reasonable estimate from the Guest's security deposit, and will return any balance to the Guest as soon as possible after the actual cost has been determined.
If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice (via e-mail) of cancellation must be sent to VillaNaBali. All cancellation notices received by VillaNaBali will be acknowledged in writing (by email). It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
— Cancellation of one or more days of a booking;
— An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking;
— Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification); and
— Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
— 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period
— 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period
— 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and VillaNaBali will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.

Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.
