         Villa Sun is one funky nice villa all right, and perfectly priced and positioned to let the good times roll and to allow highest level of relaxation move in and take over your life. Even on rainy days and tropical nights the sun is always shining in its colourful decorated interiors with 26 miniature suns emblazoned in terracotta across the burnt-orange walls in a montage of happiness and smiles, while the round shape of the living room also representing our life-giving star. Entered through a wooden gate that leads into the garden and pool area, the living area is furnished with a large round (and sun-shaped) sofa placed in front of big-screen TV with two beanbags in gold and silver to add some more colour and fun to the seating arrangements. The designer dining table is stylish with solid wood legs covered by a circular piece of tempered glass, and it's attended by six fashionable bar chairs, which add to the already chic interiors of the villa. In the first bedroom sliding doors lead to the swimming pool while the other bedroom opens out into a well-manicured garden area. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with the same amenities but a slightly different layout. The pool side bedroom has only a rain shower while the garden-side bedroom has both rain shower and bathtub. The softest towels, bath robes, and handmade ceramics and toiletries are specially created for 4S Villas. It is coloured in sunny gamma with dominant orange and white colours. The round shape of the living room represents the sun. The living area is decorated with impressive hanging shell lamps, which cascade from an Indonesian style high-pitched ceiling. In the centre of the living area is a large round shaped sofa in front of 42” flat-screen TV with two freeform beanbags in gold and silver to add some more fun seating places. Ignorance of this rule may result in heavy penalties for room and furniture cleaning, and odor eliminating, thus the villa manager may refuse to refund your breakage bond especially if we find you smoke inside of the bedrooms or in enclosed lounging areas.

Policies & DisclaimersAny events and parties with more than 10 participants must be approved in advance by the management, and a stipulated local authority and security guard fee will be applied. Please read our terms & conditions carefully before you finally confirm your booking and pay your deposit. When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to VillaNaBali within 5 working days of availability confirmation. VillaNaBali must receive the following deposit payment on the time stated in the Invoice/Booking confirmation. Invoice issued by VillaNaBali for each individual booking is a part of agreement between the Guest and the Owner. For rentals beginning more than 30/60 days (depends on the villa and rental season) after the date of the booking request - a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable. For rentals beginning 30/60 days (depends on the villa and rental season) or less after the date of the booking request - the total rental amount is payable as a deposit. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, VillaNaBali reserves the right to void the Guest's booking request. Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 30/60 days (depends on the villa and rental season) before the scheduled arrival date. All payments must be made in US Dollars, unless otherwise agreed with VillaNaBali, and must be made in accordance with VillaNaBali's payment instructions as set out in the Guest's booking confirmation. If payments are not made on or before the due dates stated in Invoice/Booking confirmation as required herein, the Owner or the Owner's Representative may cancel the booking, in which case this Rental Contract will be thereby terminated without any further notice required. Cancellation charges may apply as detailed below. A security deposit may be payable directly to the Owner or Owner's Representative immediately upon arrival at the Property. The standard security deposit required for each Property is stated in the Property desc The security deposit will normally be refunded at the end of the rental period, after deducting: — all additional expenses incurred on the Guest's behalf (e.g. additional charges for goods, services and staff which have not been directly paid by the Guest, and telephone and transport charges, if applicable) and — the cost of replacement or repair for any loss or damage to the Property or its surrounds or contents caused during the Rental Period. If this cost cannot be reasonably determined prior to the Guest's departure, the Owner or the Owner's Representative is entitled to withhold a reasonable estimate from the Guest's security deposit, and will return any balance to the Guest as soon as possible after the actual cost has been determined. If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice (via e-mail) of cancellation must be sent to VillaNaBali. All cancellation notices received by VillaNaBali will be acknowledged in writing (by email). It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance. Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to: — Cancellation of one or more days of a booking; — An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking; — Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification); and — Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property. In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply: — 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period — 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period — 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period. The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and VillaNaBali will refund any remaining balance to the Guest. Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property desc
