Together with the unique resort experience, the three-bedroom Villa Cantik with its flowering tropical garden, a 6 x 4-metre private swimming pool, comfortable furnishing and facilities is the perfect place for a great vacation in Bali with either family or simply with a group of friends. The ground floor houses the very comfortably-furnished open-plan living and dining room with adjoining kitchen, and leads straight out to the pool deck and the garden, while the second bedroom is located adjacent next to the pool and is equipped with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with an open-air shower and bathtub.

The third spacious bedroom is accessed via enclosed staircase that leads down from the living room and it also has a completely separate entrance from the resort premises, which makes it a good choice for guests who like late night outs. This bedroom is equipped with four-poster queen sized bed, a sofa with coffee table and an en-suite bathroom with an open-air shower and a bathtub. Sliding doors look into tiny garden with tropical flowers.

The oversized master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet fully encompasses the upper floor and is equipped with a luxury, four-poster king size bed, side tables, working desk and TV, while the en-suite bathroom has a sliding window in front of an oval bathtub so you can enjoy the tree-tops views and some breezes.

Villa Inclusive of :

• Accommodation for six people plus one infant sleeps free of charge in parents' bed or in a baby crib (available on request and free of charge).
• Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet in villa and on resort's premises.
• 60 international TV channels available in living area and master bedroom.
• Daily housekeeping and turndown service (provided by Karma resorts).
• Dedicated villa attendant to assist the guests during their stay and six days per week (provided by VillaNaBali management).

• Chauffeured 7-seater car with English-speaking driver (guests supply money for petrol).
• Complimentary usage of resort facilities including private beach club with cable car access, gym, kids club, meeting room.

Extra charges:

• Villa Manis is set up for self-catering with a fully-equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, blender, pans and cooking utensils provided). Guests can use the resort's room service and two restaurants and orders will be charged to the guests' bill.
• Private cook and additional staff to clean the kitchen and living room can be arranged on request for a fee of USD 75 + 10% tax per day. Staff working hours are 8am – 8pm. Guests are required to provide money to the staff to buy ingredients for meals and the cook will provide receipts. Please note that the villa has no stocks of basic items like spices and condiments.
• Spa treatments both in-villa and in the Chakra Spa.
• Group wellness classes performed in the resort. Please refer to the resort's monthly activities guide.
• 24/7 resort room service.
• Extra hours for car with driver (more than 8 hours per day).
• Extra bed is chargeable at USD 45 per night, including tax. Maximum of 8 guests including kids.
• No private residences can be used for loud events and parties. Please contact us if you wish to have a party in the resort and we will be happy to introduce you directly to the Karma Kandara resorts events department.

**Guests may smoke outside in the garden and terraces. Ignorance of this rule may result in heavy penalties for room and furniture cleaning, and odor eliminating, thus the villa manager may refuse to refund your breakage bond especially if we find you smoke inside of the bedrooms or in enclosed lounging areas.

Policies & Disclaimers

Any events and parties with more than 10 participants must be approved in advance by the management, and a stipulated local authority and security guard fee will be applied. Please read our terms & conditions carefully before you finally confirm your booking and pay your deposit.
When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to VillaNaBali within 5 working days of availability confirmation. VillaNaBali must receive the following deposit payment on the time stated in the Invoice/Booking confirmation. Invoice issued by VillaNaBali for each individual booking is a part of agreement between the Guest and the Owner.
For rentals beginning more than 30/60 days (depends on the villa and rental season) after the date of the booking request - a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable.
For rentals beginning 30/60 days (depends on the villa and rental season) or less after the date of the booking request - the total rental amount is payable as a deposit.
If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, VillaNaBali reserves the right to void the Guest's booking request.
Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 30/60 days (depends on the villa and rental season) before the scheduled arrival date.
All payments must be made in US Dollars, unless otherwise agreed with VillaNaBali, and must be made in accordance with VillaNaBali's payment instructions as set out in the Guest's booking confirmation.
If payments are not made on or before the due dates stated in Invoice/Booking confirmation as required herein, the Owner or the Owner's Representative may cancel the booking, in which case this Rental Contract will be thereby terminated without any further notice required. Cancellation charges may apply as detailed below.
A security deposit may be payable directly to the Owner or Owner's Representative immediately upon arrival at the Property. The standard security deposit required for each Property is stated in the Property description or Invoice/Booking confirmation; however the Owner has the right to impose different requirements on a case-by-case basis. Access to the Property may be refused if security deposit is not paid in full. When the security deposit is required to be paid in cash, or when a non-standard security deposit applies, VillaNaBali will inform the Guest in advance of the amount payable and any other conditions.

The security deposit will normally be refunded at the end of the rental period, after deducting:
— all additional expenses incurred on the Guest's behalf (e.g. additional charges for goods, services and staff which have not been directly paid by the Guest, and telephone and transport charges, if applicable) and
— the cost of replacement or repair for any loss or damage to the Property or its surrounds or contents caused during the Rental Period. If this cost cannot be reasonably determined prior to the Guest's departure, the Owner or the Owner's Representative is entitled to withhold a reasonable estimate from the Guest's security deposit, and will return any balance to the Guest as soon as possible after the actual cost has been determined.
If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice (via e-mail) of cancellation must be sent to VillaNaBali. All cancellation notices received by VillaNaBali will be acknowledged in writing (by email). It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
— Cancellation of one or more days of a booking;
— An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking;
— Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification); and
— Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
— 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period
— 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period
— 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and VillaNaBali will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.
Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.
