The ground floor sleeping arrangements offer flexibility and are ideal for families with kids. Here, you will find two air-conditioned guestrooms, each with an ensuite marble bathroom fitted with a shower. One of these bedrooms is furnished with a king-size bed, and the other with twin beds that can be converted to king. Additionally, there is a separate, air-conditioned study room furnished with a desk and a sofa, which can be converted to a bed and used as an additional bedroom if required (at extra charge).

The luckiest members of the party will relish the exclusivity of the large and luxurious air-conditioned master bedroom, which covers the top floor of the villa. Featuring a soaring roof and a teakwood floor, it is furnished with a king-size bed and a desk, and equipped with an international-channel TV and DVD player for when you want to escape. This romantic bedroom is complemented by a walk-in wardrobe, a private wooden balcony with treetop views, and a marble ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower and a freestanding terrazzo bathtub.

All guests of Bali villa Karma Indah get complimentary access to the best in Bali: Private "Nammos" beach club, gym with a view of the natural river canyon and kid's club. "Chakra SPA" and "diMare" restaurant offer memorable pleasure, enjoying the extensive menu of SPA rituals and International chef's culinary experiences while admiring one of the most dramatic views in the world. Some people say from the birds eye view restaurant and jacuzzi in the SPA, you can see whales in the crystal clear waters of the Indian ocean right in front of your wide open eyes (we haven't seen yet).

"Nammos Beach Club" presides over a pristine sweep of white sand that meets a tranquil turquoise lagoon. The only access is via the resort's private elevator, which carries guests up and down 90 meters of sheer limestone cliff. The raised bamboo deck house with a dedicated kitchen, complete with traditional wood-fired pizza oven, and a bar stocked with a good selection of tropical cocktails, chilled wines and champagne and not to forget, ice-cold beer. Guests can lounge on daybeds or in private pavilions. Guests can also enjoy snorkeling or canoeing in the lagoon's water.

The villa's resort is located on the southern side of Bali's Bukit peninsula, just 30 minutes from Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport. It offers the most spectacular view of the ocean from a cliff covered with tropical plants. Nearby is the famous Uluwatu temple, GWK Park with the giant head of the Hindu god Vishnu and a once a day Kecak fire-dance show.

The villa is perfectly located with access to many venues and attractions all within a 20 minute drive. The Bukit houses many of Bali's best five star hotels and resorts, including Banyan Tree, Bvlgari, Four Seasons, St. Regis, Alila. They all offer an extensive range of Asia's best restaurants, bars and SPAs including the world's largest thalasso therapy pool in The Ayana resort. It is also home to some of Bali's most picturesque beaches and two championship golf courses. While trendy Seminyak and all its fashionable restaurants, bars and boutiques are only a 45 minute drive from villa Karma Indah.

Policies & Disclaimers

Any events and parties with more than 10 participants must be approved in advance by the management, and a stipulated local authority and security guard fee will be applied. Please read our terms & conditions carefully before you finally confirm your booking and pay your deposit.
When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to VillaNaBali within 5 working days of availability confirmation. VillaNaBali must receive the following deposit payment on the time stated in the Invoice/Booking confirmation. Invoice issued by VillaNaBali for each individual booking is a part of agreement between the Guest and the Owner.

• For rentals beginning more than 30/60 days (depends on the villa and rental season) after the date of the booking request - a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable.
• For rentals beginning 30/60 days (depends on the villa and rental season) or less after the date of the booking request - the total rental amount is payable as a deposit.
   

If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, VillaNaBali reserves the right to void the Guest's booking request.
Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 30/60 days (depends on the villa and rental season) before the scheduled arrival date.

All payments must be made in US Dollars, unless otherwise agreed with VillaNaBali, and must be made in accordance with VillaNaBali's payment instructions as set out in the Guest's booking confirmation.
If payments are not made on or before the due dates stated in Invoice/Booking confirmation as required herein, the Owner or the Owner's Representative may cancel the booking, in which case this Rental Contract will be thereby terminated without any further notice required. Cancellation charges may apply as detailed below.

A security deposit may be payable directly to the Owner or Owner's Representative immediately upon arrival at the Property. The standard security deposit required for each Property is stated in the Property description or Invoice/Booking confirmation; however the Owner has the right to impose different requirements on a case-by-case basis. Access to the Property may be refused if security deposit is not paid in full. When the security deposit is required to be paid in cash, or when a non-standard security deposit applies, VillaNaBali will inform the Guest in advance of the amount payable and any other conditions.

The security deposit will normally be refunded at the end of the rental period, after deducting:
— all additional expenses incurred on the Guest's behalf (e.g. additional charges for goods, services and staff which have not been directly paid by the Guest, and telephone and transport charges, if applicable) and
— the cost of replacement or repair for any loss or damage to the Property or its surrounds or contents caused during the Rental Period. If this cost cannot be reasonably determined prior to the Guest's departure, the Owner or the Owner's Representative is entitled to withhold a reasonable estimate from the Guest's security deposit, and will return any balance to the Guest as soon as possible after the actual cost has been determined.

If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice (via e-mail) of cancellation must be sent to VillaNaBali. All cancellation notices received by VillaNaBali will be acknowledged in writing (by email). It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
— Cancellation of one or more days of a booking;
— An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking;
— Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification); and
— Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
— 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period
— 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period
— 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and VillaNaBali will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.

Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.
