The villa is spread across four levels with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the 2nd.

The three ground floor bedrooms have private bathrooms while the other two share a large bathroom.

On the 1st floor a large modern open plan kitchen extends to a dining area and living room. The living room opens on to a side decking and terrace area ideal for eating and drinking.

The house overlooks lush private gardens which run down to a terraced area; the perfect spot for BBQs and evening drinks looking over the reservoir.
