With five expansive double bedrooms en-suite with an ocean view, all are kitted out with King-Size beds, wide screen televisions and air-conditioning, electronic blinds, with some offering a fireplace and an outdoor shower. The master-suite includes a spacious dressing room area, central fireplace and doors leading onto a glass floor terrace and is finished with a hanging circular day-bed idyllic for a relaxing escape. The outdoor terrace gives you a majestic 270 degree view over Clifton, Camps Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and the famous 12 Apostle Mountain Range. The exquisite terrace has sliding glass doors which can be opened up right across the terrace or can be closed up for more intimate gatherings. The terrace is complete with a sunken fire-pit, barbeque area, rim-flow swimming pool furnished with loungers ideal for relaxation and taking in the breathtaking sunsets. The Villa also offers a well equipped gym with a massage table, open plan chefs kitchen, a bar that opens to the pool terrace with a dining area on one side, an indoor and outdoor lounge on either side and at the rear of the house a TV lounge comfortably furnished for those lazy movie nights.
