TLOS, SAKLIKENT GORGE & YAKAPARK : Travel through picturesque rural Turkey to explore the Lycian, Byzantine and Ottoman ruins at the ancient city of Tlos, supposed home of Pegasus the winged horse. Enjoy a delicious lunch of grilled trout, mezes and salads in the open air of leafy Yakapark trout farm. See the art of carpet and kilim making at a traditional carpet factory. Then discover hidden Saklikent Canyon, with its waterfalls and icy torrents of water to freshen you up before returning to Fethiye. Includes lunch, transport and guide.

DALYAN, KAUNOS & TURTLE BEACH : A short journey by air-conditioned bus takes you to the fishing harbour of Dalyan to start a boat trip down the meandering Dalyan river delta (where the African Queen was filmed) to the golden sands of Istuzu Beach. En route, you'll pass the amazing millennia old rock tombs hewn into the sheer cliff face hundreds of feet up, and the ruins of Kaunos Lycian city. A stop at the sulphurous mud baths will (they say) 'take ten years off you' if you wallow for long enough, before you go back out in the sunshine for a lazy afternoon on Turtle Beach.

PARAGLIDING : The Ölüdeniz area is renowned for the sport of paragliding - flying from the top of Babadag mountain down onto Ölüdeniz Beach, in tandem with highly qualified pilots. Passengers are briefed and issued with protective clothing, and comprehensive insurance is included. Don't forget your camera for the chance to get unrivalled photos of the beautiful coastline.

SCUBA DIVING :The crystal clear waters off the Turquoise Coast offer outstanding diving opportunities: numerous species of marine life and caverns, ruins and wrecks await beginners and experts alike. A range of CMAS and PADI courses are available, from basic to advanced level, from one-day dive tours to week-long courses, and non-diving guests are welcome to join for a relaxing day on the boat.

RAFTING, KAYAKING & CANOEING :13km river kayak or raft ride to Patara Beach through the remote valleys and canyons of the Dalaman River. Suitable for swimmers from age 12 upwards, the rafting trip passes through exhilarating grade 4-5 rapids, whilst the kayaking trip passes through calmer waters with occasional white water. For those less adventurous, or family groups, canoeing on gentler waters is also great fun. Barbeque lunch by the riverside is included.

JEEP SAFARI :Drive off the beaten track in jeep convoy to discover ancient cultures, village life and beautiful countryside. Explore the ruins of the ancient city of Tlos, then see the art of carpet and kilim making at a traditional factory before exploring the icy waterfalls and streams of hidden Saklikent Canyon. After lunch in the open air, and en route to the beautiful classical ruins at Xanthos, the mud baths and icy rushing waters of the Xanthos River will give you a chance to cool off before relaxing on the white sands of 18km long Patara Beach. Join as a driver or non-driver, and be prepared to return a little tired and dusty, but thoroughly exhilarated, after the 180km round trip.

TRUCK SAFARI Join us as part of a small group travelling off the beaten track through picturesque countryside in an open air truck. The pretty village of Üzümlü, with its Ottoman style houses, local crafts and friendly locals is the first stop, before visiting the nearby Lycian and Roman ruins of Cadianda. Lunch is in the open air by the rushing waters of the river at Alacin, before a walk and perhaps a swim or nap by the riverside. RHODES The Greek island of Rhodes is but a short hydrofoil trip away from Marmaris. On one-day tours, you'll arrive in Rhodes in time for a stroll around the Old Town, a spot of shopping and a leisurely lunch before returning to Turkey for early evening. One way and open return tickets can also be arranged.

PAMUKKALE (1 day) Don't miss the chance to see one of the wonders of the Natural World - the magnificent Pamukkale (literally 'Cotton Castle') which has been formed over thousands of years by thermal spring waters pouring down the mountainside and calcifying to form cascading terraces of glittering white basins of water. Due to the healing properties of the water, the Romans founded Hieropalis nearby as a spa centre, and today, the baths, theatre and graveyard of over 1200 sarcophagi can still be seen.

EPHESUS & PAMUKKALE (2 days/1 night) : Ephesus was one of the most prominent cities of the ancient world, a major centre of early Christianity. It is believed that St Paul spent time here, as did the Virgin Mary, whose house is nearby. The remains of the great city are still impressive - the Library of Celsus, the site of the Temples of Artemis (now held in the British Museum) and Hadrian, Roman baths and stadiums, are among the best preserved classical ruins in existence. Day Two of the trip includes a visit to Pamukkale and the ruins at Hieropalis. Overnight in hotel.

ÖLÜDENIZ BOAT TRIP :Escape from it all on a lazy day boat cruise taking in five island stops including the indigo waters of the Blue Cave; the natural surroundings of Butterfly Valley; lunch on board before heading off to explore the ruins on St Nicholas (Gemiler) Island; and a quick dip in the icy waters of the freshwater springs at aptly named Cold Water Bay.

12 ISLANDS BOAT TRIP :Cruise the islands around Fethiye Bay for a totally relaxing, sun soaked day ... explore the Byzantine and Roman ruins of Dockyard Island and Cleopatra's Bath; swim in peaceful bays and inlets and lie back on remote island shores: a perfect way to relax, top up your tan and see the Turquoise Coast.

TURKISH BATH: Enjoy a wash and brush up in traditional style at the Turkish Bath (Hamam). Here your skin will be scrubbed until it gleams, and the stresses and strains of everyday life will be massaged from your joints and muscles. Massages and saunas are also available on request.

TURKISH NIGHT: Enjoy a meal fit for a Sultan whilst being entertained Turkish style by an exotic belly dancer and colourful folk dancers. Dinner, local drinks and return transfers are included in the ticket price.
