2 bedrooms at lower level and 1 (loft) with double king beds, wardrobes and air-conditioning. Eco-Friendly Mattresses & Upper Mattresses, Feathered Pillows, Safety Deposit Boxes.

There is a bathroom on each level (total 2) equipped with Shower, Bathtowels, Shampoo, Body Wash, Hair Dryer, 220V supply to Shaver Point and Washing Machine.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, ceramic cooker, stove, filter and espresso coffee maker, toaster, ample crockery, cookery pots, utensils and glasses. On the upper floor there is another kitchen with small fridqe and ceramic cooker. Utility Room: Iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Living Rooms: There are 2 living rooms with dining table, coffee table, 2 sofas, satellite and national TV programs, HI-FI and DVD player. Free Internet WI-FI access.

Other: Mosquito fly screens fitted to all windows. In the lower level living room, the sofa can be transformed to a double bed.

Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Upon arrival you will find the villa fully serviced with fresh linen and towels. Every 4th day there is maid service and change of linen and towels. Notes on accommodation While the Villa accommodates 6-8 persons, our strong preference is to limit the number to a maximum of 6, except where children are included. It should be made clear here, however, that any decision to accommodate more than 6 is entirely at our discretion.

The villa is accessible by car with private parking area. You have to consider the internal stairs that drive you to the lower floor and the loft bedroom, people with mobility problems will face difficulties. Flexible after request. Check in 2pm (flexible). In order to prepare the villa for new arrivals, you are requested to vacate the villa by 12am on the day of your departure (flexible).

Prices shown are for the property per night, for 6 persons, in Euros for minimum of 7 nights stay.

Deposit is non refundable. Cancellation 4-6 weeks 50% of rate refunded, 2-4 weeks 25% of rate refunded, Less than 2 weeks no refund.

Prices include all taxes and are valid for up to 6 guests.�

Booking notes 25% deposit by Bank Transfer at the time of booking is essential. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days maximum. Deposits are non-refundable and balance is to be paid�6 weeks before arrival.

Non-show or check-out before agreed date will result in the full amount to be charged.
