Sailing club and aquatic sports schol are at 1 km.

At 2 mins by car there's a vast surfers beach paradise, but with a large area not facing the Atlantic, thus, suitable for children.

Within 10 mins driving is the important spa city of Caldas da Rainha, with daily fresh products markets, restaurants, bars, vast varied shopping, museums and all modern facilities and amenities.

Obidos the white mediaeval town elected the best wonder of Portugal is 15 mins by car.

At 30 mins driving away, is number one golf course at Praia del Rey.

Golden Eagle and other excellent golf courses are within the same distance.

Lisbon is 1 hour driving and deserves one day visit.

Silver Coast has so much to offer, from so many fantastic beaches, ancient towns and villages to explore, to the wide varied scenic countryside with an abundance of fauna and flora. Obidos, Alcobaça, Batalha, Mafra, Santarém, Sintra, the Templar city of Tomar, and LIsbon are places to emphasize deserving a visit.

The nearby traditional fishermen old towns of Peniche and Nazaré with their beaches and fresh fish restaurants deserve a visit as well. The pilgrimage town of Fatima and the natural caves are 1 hour by car. Although the villa location, Obidos Lagoon is a fantastic asset of Portugal, is just a piece of the rich natural Silver Coast Heritage.

Other activities can be walk along vast beaches and cliffs overlooking the Atlantic.

Delight fantastic local wines, seafood, Portuguese cooking and confectionery.

In the region there's a number of festivities, concerts and events through the year.

25 % deposit on booking with the balance no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. As the villa is furnished to a very high standard, a security deposit of 1000€ is added to the final payment to cover any possible damage; and is fully refundable within 14 days after the stay, if no damage is incurred and the property is left in a reasonably clean condition.
