What sets this villa apart from others is its 65m2 first-floor terrace which offers great views. The terrace upstairs is around 45 sq. metres. A portion of it is covered by a fabric canopy. Aphrodite Hills is situated almost half way between Paphos and Limassol, just 2 kms off the main Paphos-Limassol highway. VILLA DIRECTIONS: From the highway, take the sign posted exit for Aphrodite Hills. Go past the entrance lodge and at the big roundabout, take the 3rd left (last turning). The entrance gate to Hestiades Greens complex is about 100 meters to your left. Past the gate, turn right and go to the end of the coul-de -sac where you will find number 26 (Harubi Villa). Policies & DisclaimersBOOKING PROCEDURE: You can enquire about availability via the Bookings section of the website, or by calling Lambros (in the UK) on +44 (0)7946 352192. Once you complete the online booking form, you will receive an email from us summarising the details of your request, such as arrival and departure dates, your special requests (if any), the invoice total, and any deposit to be paid. In order for your booking to be confirmed we must receive your deposit or full payment (see below). For bookings made more than 40 days before your scheduled arrival, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your dates.The remaining 75% will need to be settled 40 days prior to your scheduled stay If the booking is made less than 40 days from your scheduled arrival, full payment for your stay will be necessary. If, for any reason that holds us liable, we are unable to provide you with a final confirmation, any payment received will be fully refunded. HOW YOU CAN MAKE PAYMENTS? Payment can be made via bank transfer or personal cheque. Details will be provided in the confirmation email. CANCELLATION: If you decide to cancel your booking, any amount paid is non-refundable. CHECKING-IN/OUT: Please note that the earliest you can check-in is14:00pm. The latest you can check-out by is 12:00pm. Different times may be possible with prior arrangement. Please enquire by email.
