Kissos, Myrtia and Rodia are independent two-story villas that can accommodate from 2 up to 7 persons in their wonderful, fully air-conditioned rooms where wood and stone prevail. They have a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, Satellite TV, CD-player, PC (24-hour internet access), dishwasher, washing machine as well as a safe.

Each villa has a large master bathroom with jacuzzi, where the visitors can relax under the candlelight, also a spare WC with shower on the ground floor. In there you will find bathrobes, slippers, luxury cosmetics as well as hairdryer.

Each villa has its own private pool, a barbecue, lavish gardens and large verandas where you can enjoy the breathtaking view. There is also a playground and especially arranged gardens with benches and tables where you can have a pic nic and enjoy special moments of relaxation with your friends and family.

Athina Villas can be rented all year around, summer and winter.

Kissos Villa accommodates between 2 and 5 people as it has a bedroom with a large double-bed, another one with two single beds and a wooden attic with a twin bed. Wood and expensive textiles characterize the decoration which will surely amaze you. Gauzy mosquito nets, handmade mirrors and exquisite furniture help you feel just like home. The impressive bathroom with the Jacuzzi is in blue so that your spirit can relax accompanied by slow music and under the sweet candlelight that captivates your senses.

Myrtia Villa accommodates between 2 and 7 people as it has a bedroom with a large double-bed, another one with two single beds and a wooden attic with a twin bed. Furniture made of iron and expensive textiles characterize the decoration, which will surely amaze you. Gauzy mosquito nets, handmade mirrors and romantic details make your forget all your trouble and travel miles away…The impressive bathroom with the Jacuzzi is made of honey granite that loosens you up and promises unique moments of relaxation. Fill up your bathtub with perfumed salts and forget everything else.

The living room has a big table for six in order for you to enjoy your dinner, there is a comfortable sofa and large cushions on the floor in front of the fireplace. There is also a small board next to the kitchen where you can have your coffee while admiring the view to the pool. In your veranda, the bamboo sitting room will help you loosen up and enjoy your siesta.
Lay your towel on one of the sun beds that are by the pool and relax under the warm Cretan sun.

Rodia Villa is a luxurious construction that offers unique services and conveniences to its guests. The villa has a private pool, a stone barbecue & spacious sitting areas around the pool as well as a wooden kiosque with a large table and benches for evening moments of relaxation with view to the ocean.
The villa has been decorated with exquisite lavishness and apart from the central heating system offering hot water all through the day, is also fully air-conditioned and has two beautiful fireplaces made of stone, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The wooden floor and the beautiful stairs that prevail in the three-storey villa, together with the wooden furniture, complete the magnificent decoration.

The villa accommodates between 2 and 4 persons in its spacious areas. In the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with sofas in front of the fireplace, a dining table for four, a satellite TV, DVD-player, CD-player and a specially designed corner with a personal computer and fax machine, serving as a small home-office. In the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, toaster and coffeemaker. The traditional village of Xamoudochori is located 3km southwest of the historic village of Maleme and just 5 km away from the seaside region of Platanias which is an especially tourist destination during summer. Platanias is famous for its many restaurants, bars and clubs. Its seaside and beach, which offers many sea sports, attracts many visitors as well. Although Athina Luxury Villas have been built on the highest point of Xamoudochori so that their guests can enjoy their privacy, quietness and the panoramic view, they are just 30 min. away from the cosmopolitan city center of Chania.

Driving directions (from airport or sea port)

Athina Luxury Villas and Xamoudochori is easily accessed through the local road network and the National Road.
When arriving from Chania (or Heraklion) and following the seashore local road (Kissamou Str), we go through Platanias, Gerani and when entering Maleme we turn left to Xamoudochori ( 3 km). Athina Luxury Villas are situated after the last turn of the old village of Xamoudochori and there are also road signs that will direct you accordingly.
