Villa Greve , built at the end of the XIX century has a façade displaying Neo-classical forms with the taste of XVI century's Florentine mannerism. All of the furnishings are original dated from the end of the XVIII Century to the beginning of the XX Century, belonging to the estate and to the family from generations. Beside this, you may find a breakfast room and the cooking area. Also located on the ground floor there is a large dining room with a table that may accommodate up to 16 people, very useful to groups that like to rent the whole estate ( villa Greve and its dependance, Villa greve in Chianti) At groundfloor there is also a cosy studio-room and a small bathroom. Open to the garden, there is a charming veranda, shaded by linden trees for dining and relaxing open-air. GROUND FLOOR: living-area with a fireplace dated 1894 , a kitchen (fully equipped, also with: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), a breakfast-room, a large livingroom with tv-sat, 1 bathroom, a large diningroom. UPPER FLOOR: 3 double bedrooms (please specify us if you need double or twin beds and we will satisfy your requests), 3 bathrooms. ù Outside The park, which can be described as a typical Italian “giardino,” or garden, offers lovely shaded corners for reading, chatting and relaxing. In the summer evenings, the fresh air of the countryside is particularly appreciated, especially while enjoying the spectacular sunsets and dinners by candlelight.

MAIN DISTANCES: The Mall (35 km) is a shopping outlet that deals exclusively in high-end designer fashion at outlet prices.. Florence (30 km) Some of the greatest artistic treasures in the world are to be found in Florence’s museums, palaces, and churches. Popular and important sites in Florence include the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Uffizi, the Accademia, and the Bargello. The churches of Santa Maria Novella and Santa Croce house world-renowned works of art, and Michelangelo's architectural genius is to be admired in the Church of San Lorenzo’s New Sacristy and the Laurentian Library, etc.... San Gimignano (40 km) is a small, fortified hill town in the province of Siena famous for its medieval architecture, especially its towers, which may be seen from several kilometers outside of town. It is known for its white wine, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, grown in the area. In 1990 San Gimignano was declared by the UNESCO as a World Heritage Town. Saturnia (150 km) is a spa town in Tuscany that has been inhabited since ancient times. Saturnia itself is a charming medieval village and the surrounding, unspoiled hills are filled with olive groves and woodlands and are rich with Etruscan remains. It is about an hour and a half from Rome, an hour from Siena, and a half-hour to the sea. At the foot of the hill lies a warm water spa 98.6° F degree (37°C) famous for its therapeutic qualities.
