A luxurious conference hall for 180 people soon will offer you its services.

Local Amenities and Activities

Vasilopoulo is a small traditional Cretan village, about 25 minutes away from Chania.
Here you will feel the traditional way of the Cretan life. You can find one small traditional café and a beautiful tavern next to the Palazzo Loupassi.
In small distance (7klm) you will find the popular and developed area of Kolymvari where you can find anything you might need, from Taverns, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacy, surgery and lots of other activities and also the beautiful beach of Kolymvari and its special archaeological places and other interesting places to visit.
From Vasilopoulo also, and in a small distance too, you can visit the developed area of Kasteli with its beautiful beach and its developed services.
Also from Vasilopoulo you can easily visit the most of the amazing and popular beach of Crete-Greece, as the beauches of Falassarna, Elafonisi, Balos, Gramvousa etc.

Airports / Sea Ports / Other Transport

The International Aiport of Chania “I.Daskalogiannis” is only 25 minutes away from the Palazzo Loupassi. Or you can come through the International Aiport of Heraklion “Kazantzakis” that is about 3 hours from PL (not recommending).

According to the Sea ports, the port of Souda is only about 30 minutes away from the Palazzo Loupassi. Also there is the other sea ports of Crete, like the sea port of Rethymnon (60 minutes away) and the port of Heraklion (3 hours away).
If you have a small boat or a small yacht you can leave it in the beautiful marine of Kolymbari and the small port of the area.

If you do not have a car, you can use the Public Transaction.
Every day from Monday until Friday there is a bus, two times per day that will take you from Chania to Vasilopoulo and backwards.
Also you can take a taxi.

Driving directions (from airport or sea port)

The easiest ways to come to Palazzo Loupassi are:

You van either drive from Souda’s port or the International Aiport to Chania and then from Chania until Kolymvari by the National road Chania-Kasteli and then when you arrive to the exit to Kolymvari then go left to the village of “Spilia” continue forward and you will pass the villages “Drakona and Episkopi”. From the end of the village of “Episkopi” go right as you will see at the sign to “Vasilopoulo” then go straight forward for about 500meters and you will see the Palazzo Loupassi.
The other way is as below:
You can drive from Chania to Kalydonia from the national road Chania-Kasteli and then when you arrive at the exit to Kalydonia, go right and pass the villages “Noxia and Karthania”, go straight forward and you will get to the square of the village of Vsilopoulo and the Palazzo Loupassi.

If you do not wish to drive to the National Road you can get the seaside road from Chania to Kolymvari , passing the areas of Stalos, Agia Marina, Platanias, Maleme, Tavronitis and then Kolymvari. After Kolymvari please follow the instructions we gave you at the first way to come to Palazzo Loupassi.

Each room rate will have terms and conditions relating to the occupancy of each room.  You are advised to check these terms and conditions prior to making an online booking.  All accounts must be settled in full on departure.

VAT and Taxes
VAT and taxes are included in the price of the room. Meals are included in the price only where it is expressly stated. Palazzo Loupassi reserves the right to periodically review its room prices.  Any increased price will be advised at the time of booking. 

Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.  In some instances, availability may have to be checked by telephone.
In order to guarantee a booking, 25% of the total accommodation cost is required. Payment can be made only by credit card or debit card at the time of booking. For the period 21/07-31/08 full prepayment of the booking cost will be required. Your booking will be confirmed online with a reference number.
Cancellation or amendment may be made up to 15 days prior to arrival without charge.  Such cancellations or amendments must be requested in writing.

In the unlikely event of overbooking, we will attempt to locate suitable alternative local accommodation at no extra charge.  Where this is not possible, or alternative accommodation is not required we will cancel the booking and make a full refund of the sum paid for the room to the credit/debit card used for payment at the time of booking.
