The Villa is quite spacious with 350 sqm of interior space on a 4000 sqm plot with a large saltwater heated swimming pool. There is a Badminton court and a optional convertible car available. A cook hire and maid service can be arranged.

Outside the house is large terraced area with a fireplace and separate covered dining area by the pool with barbecue grill, sink, WC and separate shower enclosure. Behind the separate al fresco dining area there is a covered fitness area. At the end of the large plot a badminton court for your recreation needs.

The interior has been stylishly designed, combining modern furniture with traditional materials while special attention was given to details. On the ground floor there is a living room with an open fire place and big flatscreen 50” SAT TV. Right next to the living room there is a dining area with fully equipped kitchen and internet corner. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms have been designed in traditional style with details like wooden floors, wooden ceiling while providing comfort such as walk-in closets and LCD television. All bedrooms have separate access to the balcony. If You need space for eight people a additional bed can be fitted in the large master bedroom.

Local Amenities and Activities

From the villa everything is an easy day trip. This includes the Roman amphitheatre at Pula for live concerts, beautiful Brioni Islands national park with a superb golf course, a boat trip to Venice from Porec. Adriatic resorts of Porec and Rovinj are within easy reach, and Opatija Riviera beloved by the Austro-Hungarian aristocracy is just one hour drive away. This charming fairytale place creates a romantic and distinct atmosphere making it a very special place to spend your holiday at.

Check in / Check out times

The guest changeover day iduring the summer season is Saturday. You can check in after 3 pm and checkout is by 10 AM. We/lll be expecting you at the villa to welcome you and show you arround.

Airports / Sea Ports / Other Transport

The colosest airport is Pula 60 km away. Pula airport (Croatia) 60 km, Rijeka-Krk airport 100 km, Trieste airport 100 km, Venice 250 km, Ljubljana 170 km There are several routes: there is a Ryanair service direct to Pula which gives the shortest transfer of 40 minutes in Istria, Ryanair from Stanstead to Trieste (2 hour transfer). Ryan Air flies to Pula from Stansted on Saturdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from £16.99 each way. There is a number of low cost companies flying to Pula (PUY) from all over Europe.

Driving directions (from airport or sea port)

From Pula airport go in the direction of Pula city on the motorway junction (about 1 km from the airport - first big one, just can't miss it) turn via Porec, Trieste... follow the road for 49 km then on the Baderna junction turn right to Pazin and after 10 km right again to Kringa (look out for the traffic sign). If you are comming from the direction of Trieste follow the sings to Pula on the Baderna junction turn right and then left to Pazin and after 10 km right again to Kringa (look out for the traffic sign). Once in Kringa you can follow the sings to the even smaller village of Brinjani 1 km away... or give us a call and we'll meet you on the Kringa village square which you can't miss and guide you to the villa.
