-Please note that for bookings at Villa Emel, a 15-day prior notification is required.

-Refundable 300€ security deposit required upon arrival.

-Cancellation of reservations for Villa Emel is not accepted and no refunds will be provided.

-No pets are allowed on the premises.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. We kindly ask you to respect this rule and use designated outdoor areas for smoking.

-We kindly inform you that Villa Emel is exclusively for adult guests. Regrettably, children under the age of 15 are not allowed on the premises.

Price for a week = 1540 €

Per villa for 2 people. Price will be increased 238 €  for each extra person. Villa can accommodate up to 4 people.
