Bedrooms

Who is going where? Always a funny game for any group staying at the villa. Different atmospheres created in each bedroom will be your guide in finding the right one for you.

Green, Yellow and Coral bedrooms are all equipped with soft cotton linen, good night chocolates, antique wardrobe, king size bed, night stands, night lamps, suitcase stand, LCD TV with digital receiver (Astra, Hot bird)…

Each room has its own antique bathroom with brass lion foot tub, antique dresser, telephone, embroidered towel set, embroidered bath robes, full set of amenity products, all shampoos, conditioners and lotions are bio-organic, natural bath slippers, hair dryer, magnifying mirror.

Driving directions (from airport or sea port)

Your way to the villa            

Arriving from Zadar Airport Zemunik:

·         Take the highway called Kalmetina following signs to Biograd;

·         Turn left on the road when reached end in Sukosan (Magistrala);

·         Pass the villages Sv. Petar, Filip Jakov, Turanj and turn right as singed to enter Biograd;

·         Follow the ferry signs and turn right on the next light;

·         Park the car in the ferry line;

·         Ferry trip takes approx. 15 min;

·         When exiting from the ferry turn right and follow the main road;

·         After villages Ugrinic and Kraj you will see sign pointing right to Pasman, take the turn and follow the road through the village;

·         At far end of the seafront make a sharp left turn following the road to the other side of the village;

·         Pass the church and follow the small road to your right all the way to the opposite end of the bay;

·         After a minute or two you will recognize Papa's Court and turn into the driveway.

Estimated time: 60min (following the ferry schedule)

Arriving from Zagreb:

·         Follow the A1 highway in direction of Split;

·         About the 279th km exit to Benkovac/Biograd;

·         Turn right after pay toll and then left on the next stop;

·         Follow the country road all the way to Biograd;

·         Follow the ferry signs and turn right on the next light;

·         Park the car in the ferry line;

·         Ferry trip takes approx. 15 min;

·         When exiting from the ferry turn right and follow the main road;

·         After villages Ugrinic and Kraj you will see sign pointing right to Pasman, take the turn and follow the road through the village;

·         At far end of the seafront make a sharp left turn following the road to the other side of the village;

·         Pass the church and follow the small road to your right all the way to the opposite end of the bay;

·         After a minute or two you will recognize Papa's Court and turn into the driveway.

Arriving from Zadar:

·         Take the ferry from Zadar ferry port to Preko, Ugljan;

·         The trip takes approx. 40min, and after you exit go straight up the road and follow the Tkon sign;

·         You will be crossing the bridge over the Zdrelac straight;

·         When you pass villages Mali Pasman and Barotul you will see Pasman sign turning left;

·         Turn left and follow the road through the village;

·         At far end of the seafront make a sharp left turn following the road to the other side of the village;

·         Pass the church and follow the small road to your right all the way to the opposite end of the bay;

·         After a minute or two you will recognize Papa's Court and turn into the driveway.

Arriving from Split:
