Villa Talea is a stonehouse with ½ meter thick stonewalls built according to the traditional Cretan style of building. It has a large living and dining area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom (shower), a large balcony and two terraces with BBC next to the private pool and with an unspoilt 180 degree mountainview.

Villa Talea is situated in central Crete making it the perfect base for exploring as well the eastern as the western parts of the island. Close to the major sights such as Knossos (50km), Arkadi Monastery (25 km).

The littel village of Exantis is a typical charming Cretan village where life is as undisturbed by tourism as it can be on Crete. People here are mostly farmers and sheperds.

Nearby beaches are at Panormos and Bali (4km).
