We can acomodate up to 13 people, because the Mandara Suite is provide with and  previous salon with a day bed and we can put also an extra bed , so it de siutable for 4 people.

The Kao-Lac room  has double room  King size configuration  and is also possible to provide an extra bed.

The Sayan room can be both configurations,  double room king size bedroom or two separates single beds.

The Pantay and Java Room are configurated as doble rooms, king size beds.

To enhance the experience of your holiday, guests of The Marbella Heights can choose from a variety of massage treatments provided by our qualified Spa Therapists by appointment. Massages can be enjoyed in our 2 treatment rooms, in the privacy of your room, or just at the pool garden.

They will be happy to assist in providing accurate and precise information about Marbella and its surroundings, we can give some suggestions for nice restaurants to have dinner, including some of the most famous star Michelin restaurant’s in the area, a choice of night-life places and excursions worth to do.

Driving directions (from airport or sea port)

From the airport or Málaga:

1 - Take direction Algeciras/Cadiz by N340 (PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE TOLL ROAD)

2 - 5 miles before Marbella, you will pass the exit HOSPITAL COMARCAL - HOSPITAL COSTA DEL SOL

3 - Keep going on N340 for less than 1 mile, and take the next exit (you will see on that exit a sign that says CONTROL GALIBO)

4 - Go straight uphill on that road. Keep following signs RIO REAL HOTEL / or INCOSOL

5 - 1.5 miles ahead, you will find a small round about.

6 - Keep your right and continue UPHILL.

7 - 0.5 mile above, you will see the house on your right hand side and a nameplate with The Marbella Heights.

Driving Directions From  Cadiz:

1 –  Take road N-340 direction Malaga , passing by  Algeciras ,Manilva, Estepona, etc ,until Puerto Banus, and then Marbella or you can take the A-7 Toll Road, if you like,until  it  finish (Nagüeles), before  Marbella and the normal road continious.

2 –  Keep going,  pass Marbella Center Exit and the next Ojen and Comercial Center La Cañana Exit, and from that point, keep your car at the right side of the road in order NOT  TO TAKE THE  TOLL ROAD to Malaga again , but continue to Malaga by the N-340 near the coast, and go out at  the  EXIT called TORRE REAL.

3 - On the Torre Real round about, turn to the mountain side across the bridge, and Keep following signs RIO REAL HOTEL, (you will see also the sing of The Marbella Heights Luxury villa) , by a residential area with many curves until you find the next round about signed INCOSOL Hotel

4- At the roun about, take the very right hand street where signed RIO REAL GOLF CLUB and hotel, and you will pass through the main entrance in a narrow curve, go straight uphill on that road, and next round about, take left hand and keep going up, and there we are, a red/pink colour house.

Reservations and cancellation policy: 

A 30% deposit of the full amount of stay is chargeable on your credit card to guarantee the reservation

* On low and medium season, all bookings cancelled 15 days prior arrival will not suffer any penalty. For all bookings cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, the penalty will be 100% of the deposit amount.  For all bookings cancelled less than 7 days of arrival, the price of 2 nights will be charged.

* On high season, all bookings cancelled 21 days prior arrival will not suffer any penalty. For all bookings cancelled less than 21 days before arrival, the penalty will be 100% of the deposit amount. For all bookings cancelled less than 7 days of arrival, the full price of the stay will be charged.
