Meet the Villa�Kaya Family

• Your villa manager is on call 24 hours a day to attend to your requests or questions.
• Ari, your housekeeping staff will attend to your daily housekeeping.
• Saiful, your friendly pool man will ensure the pool is crystal clear and chemically balanced

Villa Kaya is just 8 yrs old, and after us just purchasing it in August 2010, the villa�just been freshly painted�inside and�out,� all of the floors and wood work re varnished, scrubbed from top to bottom, has all brand new beds and mattresses, linen,pillows and towels. The front and back courtyards are all new as well as the gardens.

The airconditioners have been all cleaned and serviced, re gassed and all maintenance completed.

The owners have been over and put their finishing touches on the villa, bringing all of the linen and towels, pillows, board games and various other�things with us from Oz!

Local Amenities and Activities

The Canggu International Club is a few hundred metres up the road.

World famous Brawa, Canggu and Echo surfing beaches are all closeby.

Several restaurants are within walking distance of the villa.

Car and driver available for your transport if required.

Check in / Check out times

TERMS�and CONDITIONS:

1. CHECK IN TIME: 14:00, CHECK OUT: 12.00. Late check out available (up to 20:00) at half the published�retail rate.

2. Published rates are�PER NIGHT�FOR A MINIMUM OF�3 NIGHTS�in AUD and extra nights can be purchased at�this DISCOUNTED rate.

3. In order to guarantee dates, we must receive 100% of payment.

4. All sales are final. No cancellations or refunds.

5. Airport transfers are included in�rate FOR STAYS OF�7 NIGHTS OR MORE�for one vehicle and maximum of 4 adults and luggage. For larger parties, or parties with surfboards�another vehicle may need to be used, however a surcharge of AUD30 will apply for a one way transfer.

6. Guests will need to pay costs of travel to Bali, meals, transport, Visa's etc.

7. Villa accommodation is subject to availability. Additional beds are available at $25AUD per night.

8. Please bring with you TWO photocopies of each person's passports. These copies along with a payment of $10 per person�(included in your nightly rate)�is paid to the local village and police. This registers�each person�at the villa to ensure your safety and security and also advises local�authorities, should they need to contact you in an emergency. Some villas ask you to pay this upon arrival, we choose to have it included.

WE ARE HAPPY TO HELP OUT WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: ARRANGING DRIVER & CAR, CAR & BIKE RENTAL, PLACES TO EAT, SHOPPING TOURS ETC.

1. Transport arrangements will need to be�organised if required as Villa Kaya is located�at�Brawa Beach�area�and not walking distance to facilities except the Canggu Deli which is only an 8 minute walk, three restaurants and the "Beach Bar" down at the beach.�The Canggu�deli stocks most daily supermarket requirements. We have several extremely reliable drivers that we frequently use whose details can be provided.

2. This is not a timeshare, no lectures to attend.

The villa is privately owned and therefore guest satisfaction is our goal.
