A Deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking. Once the booking is confirmed the deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from total amount due. The full balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. Bookings made within 8 weeks are payable in full at time of booking. The owners reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received by due date. At time of check-in a credit card must be given for all reservations to act as a $250 Security Deposit. The security bond of $250 will be held by the management company against any loss or damage to the property. The security bond will be fully refundable (within 10 days of vacating the villa) after a satisfactory status report has been received from the Management Company. The card may be charged to cover extra accommodation costs, lost or damage to the rental in excess of normal wear and tear during rental period. Guests will be notified within 7 days of any charges made to the card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or Certified Bank Check Made payable to The Palms at Lake Davenport Estates. Payments made thru PayPal have a 4% fee added. The property may be occupied by two people per bedroom. Total Occupancy is 8. This is a Non-Smoking Home. Pets are not permitted under any conditions. Although the property will be cleaned after your departure the villa must be left in an orderly state, all kitchen utensils should be washed and any garbage should be taken out and placed in garbage cans. If the property is left in an unsuitable condition, it may be necessary to charge the security deposit to cover costs for extra cleaning and any repairs. Parents must at all times supervise children when using pool facilities and the facilities of the development. All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties: 60 days or more before arrival = $100 Administrative Fee Less than 60 days = No Refund Any complaints related to the accommodation must be made to the owner's Management Company within 24 hours of any problem arising. The Management Company will be responsible to correct any problems. Unless there is a valid reason, we will not consider the owner or Management company liable for any complaint that was not initially registered with the Management Company during your stay. The owner or Management Company will not be liable for any loss or delay caused by conditions over which they have no control. The renter must treat property, its furnishings, fittings, utensils and other facilities with respect. Any loss or damage must be reported immediately to the Management Company. The rentor must pay for any loss, damage or breakage.
