Bedrooms:

A total of 3 bedroom. from each bedroom one can get the panoramic view of the sea and nature.each one has a terrace where you can enjoy the fresh marine air! Only two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning system as for the other one being equipped with only a movable fan. This is due to certain people being highly allergic to air conditioning. The same room is equipped with an extra sofa bed which can be open to get a bed! This means that you can accommodate more than 6 person, a maximum capacity of 7 to 8 people.

Bathrooms:

The villa consists of 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Heated shower offered from the solar water heater system. washing machine available.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is found on the ground floor. It if fully equipped with gas cooker, extractor, microwave. utensils, coffee maker, fridge, a small dining table, fire extinguisher, rice cooker, pressure cooker and lots more.. Moreover from the kitchen one gets to enjoy the unique view of the blue lagoon, the sandy beaches and the sea clashing against the reefs!! There is also a garden table in the terrace which can be displaced to the terrace or the small garden.

Living area:

The living rooms is found on the ground floor. equipped with TV, DVD + Cd player, radio, 15 channels available among which is found the BBC news, France 24, TV 5 Monde, CCTV, DD India, movie channels, tourism and culture channel, knowledge channel and sport channel.

The dining room is also fully equipped.

BBQ:

Movable BBQ available. Its can be displaced anywhere where you want either in the garden, near the swimming pool or even at the seaside or in the balcony where you can enjoy eating while viewing the turquoise blue sea.

Outside the villa:

The Villa is surrounded with greenery, Palms, flowers and other plants. The villa equipped with an alarm system and 24 hr security available with regular patrols. main security found at the main gate controlling entry and exit of individuals. The villa is enclosed by exquisite rocks fencing. The villa is free from other villas from the complex and it is the only villa where there is more space outside around the villa, you will enjoy the privacy and calmness and the its spacious nature! There is a large swimming pool designed with glass fiber, artificial waterfall, a small swimming pool for children,however children must be under the supervision of adults for security. The swimming pool is surrounded by palms, "frangi panie " flower plant, light bulbs, 2 kiosk for BBQ available where you can eat with friends.

One garage available and there is also a parking place within the complex.

Water-sports nearby available such as kite surfing, fishing,diving, golf at Ile aux cerfs, nearby restaurants to enjoy the Mauritian style foods.

Maid available upon the request of clients. However clients should themselves decide upon the time of working of the maid and should themselves pay the maid.

Check in / Check out times

Anytime client are willing to check in. According to the arrival time of the plane.

Four hours prior flight time or it depends on the clients.

Airports / Sea Ports / Other Transport

Facilities available. The owner of the villa can himself come to fetch clients at the airport or drop them at the airport. However please kindly do inform us the exact time, name of the family and the number of person coming. this is normally free of charge. However if clients on their behalf want to arrange for their own mode of transport, they are free to do so.

Once in the country, you can arrange or book a contract car or scooter as mode of transport.

**The owner can himself take you to the place where you want to visit.However, it depends on the availability of the owner.

Renting a car or scooter or any vehicle is possible.

Policies & Disclaimers

once booking is done, 50% of the payment should be done in advance to confirm the booking and the rest of the 50% should be done as son as the client starts to stay in the villa.The price is 100 euro per night with electricity fee included.

During promotion, the price is negotiable but with conditions applied. **

As soon as the clients will arrive at the villa, the owner will give them brief explanations how to use the alarm system, safe, how to manipulate electric appliances and will do a brief checking in the villa in the presence of clients to see if everything is operating and the same will be before departure,If anything valuable or appliances which has been in good operating mode when the clients entered the villa is found to be defective or has been broken, then the clients has to pay. But i hope that this will not happen!!!
