Blue water Bay is a family-friendly three bedroom and two bathroom property which sleeps a maximum of 6. It boasts a spacious living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with utility room. It also has a roof terrace. All rooms have a balcony with stunning sea views

Master Bedroom

This king size room is stunning. It has a small balcony which offerssunshine throughout the day. The bed will offer you hours of comfort and a great night's sleep. The decor is a fusion of whites and creams mixed with Mexican wooden furniture made specifically for this villa. Tranquillity reigns in this elegant room with its stylish contemporary finish. The en-suite bathroom comprises of a superb vanity unit, modern fixtures and walk in shower and bath. All clean towels and linen are included.

Bedroom 2 & 3

These twin room also has a contemporary feel with comfortable twin beds which can be pushed together to make a king size bed. These rooms also have a balcony offering spectacular views of Blue Water Bay resort. The adjacent bathroom comprises a superb vanity unit, modern fixtures and full sized bath with overhead shower. Both rooms offer excellent storage space and both have air conditioning.

Living Area

This airy room has been beautifully furnished. With large comfortable sofas, original paintings, a CD system, a state-of-the art TV/DVD/ system with cable TV. This is the perfect place to relax and chill out.�The two sets of double sliding doors lead to the garden and terrace area with its own private pool.�The back of the room has elegant wooden stairs that take you directly to bedrooms. There is also a WC and walk in shower� opposite the bottom of the stairs.

Dining Area

The dining table seats six and is ideal for family meals , there is also a breakfast bar, which is perfect for those quick snacks with four extra tall chairs. You and your family/guests will dine with fine dining ware and enjoy a meal in the comfort of you own Villa.

The Kitchen

Our family is littered with great cooks and a number of chefs, which is why we have taken so much care in assuring that our kitchen is the right size and properly equipped. The area has been designed to have lots of preparation and storage areas. The kitchen inventory includes - a stack fridge freezer, gas hob,electric oven and grill, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, saucepans, serving dishes, and much more....

The Garden

The patio doors in the lounge give way to the private swimming pool and sunbathing terrace with barbecue area, outdoor table, 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers.

The surrounds of the villa are laid to attractive garden and fenced for privacy.

2 minutes walk to beach and all shops, restaurants and bars. 5 minutes drive into the centre of Paralimni for all major amenities.

Laundry

The villa has its own utility cupboard with washing machine and iron and ironing board. The sun terrace can be used to dry your clothes and towels in the sunshine with the clothes horse provided.

Famagusta District

Famagusta crystal clear golden sandy beaches embrace the costal line of the island. The popular resort of Protaras is a paradise for those who love the sea, sun and water sports or simply relaxing on the beach. The picturesque cape Greko national park is an area of outstanding beauty and is worth a visit for cycling, hiking and cliff diving. Famagusta boasts some of the best beaches in Cyprus

The town of Paralimni is a short drive and offers a varied combination of local taverns, traditional and modern shopping facilities, and a wide variety of cafe-bars.

The warm climate makes Cyprus a perfect destination for holidays any time of the year. Temperatures range from 15 �C in January to 32�C in July & August.

Travelling to Blue Water Bay Resort

Car Rental

There are several car rental agencies in Larnaca. Many of them are represented at the airport. The cheapest car�I could find was approximatley �140.00 for a week, although there are more comfortable options. Vans or bigger vehicles usually go for �200-�250 a week.
