Villa Sabonera is a spacious fully equipped villa consisting of the main house having a large sunny dinning room with patio doors which open onto the  terrace next to the private pool. The lounge is a good size with beamed ceiling and feature fire place and Dutch T.v (with many English programmes having Dutch subtitles). There is a fully equipped American style kitchen. 2 good size double bedrooms with airconditioning (one ensuite). A family bathroom. There is also an additional sleeping area ideal for children with a conecting door to the ensuite bedroom. To the outside there is plenty of terrace to sunbathe around the pool with sunbeds and parasols, an outside kitchen with seating, American style fridge freezer, good size gas oven with hob and a dishwasher. There is also an outside barbeque and enclosed shower. The first ajoining apartment consists of a lounge with sofa bed, shower room, fully furnished kitchen, a large double bedroom with an additional single bed with ensuite facilities, an open plan upstairs good size double bedroom on the upper floor with access to the private roof terrace. The rear apartment has a separate lounge/bedroom and a further room with kitchen area and is suitable for either a bedroom or a sitting room. There is a shower room with w.c and to the outside through full length french doors, a private rear enclosed garden area with a chiminea. off road parking for a total of 6 cars. The main house and pool/terraces are ideal for wheel chair access. The villa is only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful cove and beach of Cala Advocat where you can swim or snorkel and enjoy a drink and tapas at the chirinquito. Located in a tranquil area between Calpe and Moraira makes this property in an ideal location for a family holiday with so much to offer in the surrounding areas.                            

Local Amenities and Activities

The surrounding area boasts some of the most stunning scenery along the North Costa Blanca coastline. Majestic mountains as the back drop to luxury villas and natural beaches and coves along the shoreline providing ample beauty spots for you to enjoy. Amongst the many activities available, the area has many water sports to offer, including; diving, snorkeling, water ski-ing, jet ski-ing, fishing and boat charter. The Bernia mountain´s provide breathtaking views whilst enjoying the many walks available for all ages and abilities. The infamous Ifach rock in Calpe is very popular for hikers and the more ambitious can benefit from the prize view across the miles of coastline and sea surrounding them once they reach the top. These areas offer other more adventurous outdoor pursuits such as abseiling, climbing and paragliding.

The Historic city of Valencia and the very popular seaside town of  Benidorm are both within easy reach where you can soak up the history and culture as well as the sunshine.

The Local towns of Calpe and Moraira provide all the facilities and amenities you would need for your holiday to be enjoyable, including; bars, restaurants and shops. You will find plenty of entertainment in the form of live music and some discos for the more energetic.

You will also find cliff top walks and sweeping promenades to stroll along day or evening with chirinquitos along the way where you can’t enjoy a tapas and wine or beer, open throughout the summer months til late.

This particular section of the coastline has a great deal to offer to ensure the perfect holiday experience for all the family.

Check out time will be 10am to allow for villa clean and changeover

Airports / Sea Ports / Other Transport

Alicante and Valencia International airports are both accessable by motorway and A roads. Alicante is appox an hours drive and Valencia an hour and a half by car.

The ferry port of Denia is approx 45 mins by car.

There is a very good road infrastructure in and around the areas.
