A small flight of stairs leads to the groud floor which features two large bedrooms each with 2 singles beds, ensuite bathrooms and small gardens. The top floor boats the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and balcony.

The Living area is complimented with an open log fire place and large windows enjoying the picturesque views of the surrounding area. Just outside the main entrance this villas provides parking for three cars and immediate access to the communal pool.

Additional features are a 32" flat screen TV, ceiling fans, safe, patio furniture, A/C units in all rooms, household electrical appliances, linen and toweling.

Tavernas, coffee shops, mini market and bank can be found in the nearby Village of tsada.

30 minutes drive to Paphos International Airport. 2hrs drive to Larnaca International Airport. 15 minutes drive to the Paphos Harbour. 40 minutes drive to Coral Bay.

Driving directions (from airport or sea port)

Travel on highway A6 from Paphos International Airport to Paphos. As you reach the end of the highway you will approach a large round-about which you will go straight accross heading towards the General Hospital and Polis. Go accross the next small round-aboutand travel approximately 2 kms t the end of the road where you will turn right on B7 main Polis road. Carry on for approximately 1.5kms and turn right at the large signs of Leptos Vikla Villas and Leptos Olympus Village. Follow road and other signs to Vikla Villas.
