Our villa is a two storey, four bed roomed, three bath roomed  property with a private south facing screened pool and will sleep up to 8 people in comfort. It is situated on the premier Golf and Country Club at Southern Dunes, which is a gated community with the entrance having 24 hour security.

On the ground floor the entrance foyer leads into the spacious living area with cable TV, DVD/CD player and a PS2 console. There are a variety of DVDs, Video tapes and PS2 games along with a range of reading books for adults and children. There are also a selection of board games for your enjoyment, in the garage there is a games area with a dart board, air hockey and table football. All bedrooms have cable TV with either a DVD or a VHS player.

The dining kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery and cooking utensils, it has plenty of cupboard space and the dining area has a patio door leading to the pool area. A large washer and separate dryer along with an iron and ironing board is located in the utility room. There is a double bedroom on this floor, with a queen sized bed, cable TV with VCR, plenty of storage space. There is also direct access to the pool area form this bedroom. The downstairs bathroom is adjacent to this room. It has a bath and a shower overhead.

On the first floor the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with his and hers wash hand basins, a large bath tub and a separate shower cubicle. The bedroom has a king sized bed, cable TV with DVD , and a large walk in closet.  There are two further bedrooms on this floor, both have two single beds and also with plenty of storage space. One of the rooms has been decorated with a Disney theme for the children. The third bathroom is situated between these two rooms and has a bath with a shower overhead.

The south facing pool has the sun on it for the whole day, but during the cooler months can be heated if required (at a supplement). There are a selection of pool toys and garden games.There is a security fence for when younger children are visiting the villa. Bathroom towels are provided,but we do ask they are not used as pool towels or taken out of the house.

Southern Dunes Golf and country Club is situated in Haines City on Route 27 just a short drive from the junction with interstate 4, and is approximately 30-40 minutes from Disney. At the entrance to the Golf Club there is a large 24 hour Wal-Mart, various other shops, a bank with ATM,s and a selection of restaurants and fast food outlets. Also on site there is a clubhouse with a restaurant that is open for breakfast and lunch, golf course (fees payable locally) , communal pools, recreation centre and tennis courts.  There are also shopping outlets and a tourist information centre within a short drive of the villa.
