I am renting my Villa for this summer which is based in the town of javea, spain. We are situated roughly an hour from both valencia and alicante airports, making it very accessible. The villa is situated in the middle of a 2500m2 plot meaning that we therefore benefit from a large driveway which is accessed by an electric gate. To the rear is a large secluded garden, undercover BBQ area with kitchen and a large family pool. the villa itself is a very spacious 4 bedroom/4 bathroom property set on one level. The Kitchen is fitted out with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and gas hob/oven. Accessed from the kitchen is a large secluded courtyard which is ideal for taking in some shade in the heat of the day. A door off the lounge/diner provides access to the naya at the rear of the property which gives views over the pool and garden. The property incorporates two televisions with sky (one in the naya and the other in the lounge, wi-fi, BBQ, log Burner.

Local Amenities and Activities

The property is within walking distance from jave Golf Course which also has tennis courts, restaurant and bar.

The beach is within a 7 minute drive where you will find ample bars and restaurants all with varying costs and nationalities.

Local supermarkets are at either end of the road.

alicante and valencia airports are both one hour away.

Denia port is 15-20 minutes away.

Driving directions (from airport or sea port)

From alicante airport head towards Valencia (a7) and turn off at Teulada and follow signs towards javea.

From Valencia head towards Alicante and turn off at Denia/Javea.
