     Villas Oceano are set in a stylish development of 5 (five) two bedroom Villas on ground and first floor levels.The Villa is surrounded by lovely and big gardens. Villa 'A' have a balcony or terrace, with sea view. The Villa which is decorated in a pleasant modern style, have 2 (two) rooms, and 2 (two) living areas. One on the ground floor, and another one, on the first floor, both with sofa beds for 2 (two) persons each one, which makes a total capacity of 8 persons.On the 1st floor it has a master suite, and has access on to the balcony.On the ground floor is a twin bedroom with en-suite. Both these rooms have patio doors on to a large Sun Terrace with BBQ facilities.Villa 'A ' is equipped with satellit TV and DVD and in-room safety deposit box.On the 1 st floor is a large open-plan fully fitted kitchen tottaly equipped. The pool is shared with the other Villas.There is a well tender and large garden area, surrounding the Villa.

It has 2 double bedrooms both with en-suites and 2 large living areas. On the 1st floor is a large open-plan fully fitted kitchen & living room, with full length patio doors giving access to the balcony. The master suite is also on the 1st floor and has access onto the balcony. On the ground floor is a twin bedroom with en-suite and the second living area which is fitted with sofa bed for 2 there is an additional shower & toilet next to this area. Both these rooms have patio doors onto a large sun terrace with BBQ facilities. As you can see in the photos the villa looks out onto beautiful gardens and is south facing for lots of sun. This is a tranquil area, ideal for a restful holiday.Only 100 Metres from the Complex is a small shopping center, comprising a mini market, bakery, Bar and shops. A few metres farther on are various Restaurants and only 6 Kms away is the prestigious shopping and leisure centre 'Algarve Shopping', with Cinemas, Bowling, severals Restaurants and Hiper Market While the villa feels secluded being off the road and in peaceful gardens it is well serviced for those wishing not to have a car. The 3 fantastic beaches of San Lorenco, Gale and Salgados are all within 10 mins walk. The blue flag beach at Gale is one of the prettiest, safest beaches of Algarve and has great restaurants from which to watch the sunset. The 2 local supermarkets and a number of bars and restaurants are a 5 min walk. Albufeira town is 6km away , with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman's houses and numerous restaurants, bars and clubs. Guia is 5km and is famous for restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri. Venturing inland you will find the traditional white-washed walls of Algarve’s old towns and villages. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 mins drive, with Cinema & Bowling. Salgados Golf Course is 5mins drive and Algarve's many other world-class courses are within 30mins
