Beautiful villa with 10mx5m salt water swimming pool designed by the British owners to a high standard and completed 6 years ago.The villa sits in 23 hectares of beautiful Algarvean countryside in one of the most picturesque valleys to be found anywhere in the Eastern Algarve.The property is fortunate to be situated in a recognised conservation zone ensuring the protection of the surrounding outstanding natural beauty which includes a river and waterfall a haven for the local flora and fauna.The villa is surrounded by fascinating paths and walkways offering compete peace and tranquility but stiil very well placed to visit all the attractions this beautiful region has to offer.A welcome pack to greet all our guests to include:wine,tea,coffee and oranges picked from our own orchards.

The villa has a large bright living area with an impressive open fire place with satelite TV,DVD player and sound system.The spacious kitchen/diner is modern and very well equipped and fitted with granite work tops and tiled flooring as there is throughout the villa.There are four large bedrooms,three ensuite and all are air conditioned with the two upstairs rooms having flatscreen TVs.There are three doubles and the fourth has twin singles and bunk beds.All the rooms in the villa have french doors opening onto the gardens,terraces or balcony.The south facing balcony has a large seating/lounge space with stunning views of the grounds and valley.To the rear of the villa is the pool which overlooks the barbeque/alfresco dining area with two large dining tables,seating and shade.There is also an oudoors shower space next to the pool which benefits from having it's own underwater lighting.

Local Amenities and Activities

Quinta Bonita is conveniently placed to be able to visit all the attractions the Algarve is famous for.The historic town of Tavira is only 8kms away as is the coast with miles of glorious beaches and numerous golf courses.Santo Estevao is a pretty village 3kms distance with a charming square,restaurants and small convenience stores.Faro and the airport is 30/40 minutes drive to the west and the Spanish border 30/40 minutes drive to the east and well worth visiting.

Check in / Check out times

All linen and towels apart from beach towels will be provided.Preferred changeover days Saturday/Sunday but may be flexible so please enquire.Midweek cleaning service availabe at an extra charge.

Faro airport is 30kms from the property.Tavira has a bus station and railway station and is a 10 minutes drive from the villa.Local taxis are always available.Car hire is advisable.

Any directions required to our property will be given when booking or on arrival.

Policies & Disclaimers

20% deposit required on confirmation of booking,balance payable 1 month before arrival.A security breakages deposit will also be required on arrival refundable following satisfactory inspection of the property on day of departure.
