Accommodation & Outdoor Amenities

Bedrooms:	Bedroom 1 with double bed and safe. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Both bedrooms on the 1st floor, spacious closets, air conditioning and beautiful views of the garden and / or the sea.
Bathrooms:	Two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. There is hair dryer,set of sewing
Kitchen:	The kitchen is fully equipped with all cookery and crockery, cooking utensils, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, grill and blender, children's seat, washing machine.
Utility Room:	There is a utility room under the stairway with all cleaning equipment, iron/ironing board, sewing box, first aid kit and storage space.
Living Rooms:	The living room has air-conditioning and is equipped with comfortable brand - new sofas, a table and a sofa bed. There is also a 32" LCD HDTV set with satellite and DVD, mp3 player and free Wireless Internet access.
Other:	If you wish exists also moreover bed.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	All linen is supplied and beach towels. Extra linen and towels available in closets, free of charge. Cleaning every day and linen changing service is twice a week, but you can contact us if you wish to make a different arrangement. Amenities/Facilities provided hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, fridge, microwave, washing machine, iron/ironing board, cable tv, satellite tv, tv, telephone, internet access, air conditioning, cot, high chair, barbecue, shared pool, pets accepted � Accessibility Unfortunately the villa has no easy access for people with mobility problems. Outside The villas is surrounded by an olive grove and a beautiful Mediterranean garden. There are two wide verandas(one villa) with great sea and garden views. Both are equipped with loungers, tables and canvas parasols. There is a shared swimming pool with a bar. Coast/Beach Pefkos Melfe villa is a short walk away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Pefkos; the nearest one is Agios Thomas (less than 300m). Most have full organised beach facilities such as parasols, sunbeds, showers, caf�s, restaurants and water sports. More isolated and quiet beaches and coves are also within easy access. All have crystal – clear waters and many have awarded Blue Flags. As Pefkos is located in the middle of the east coast, it is just a short ride away from numerous beautiful shores.

Airports / Sea Ports / Other Transport

pprox. 45km to Diagoras Airport, 50Km to Rhodes Town port. The island of Rhodes is very well served by direct charter (JetAir, Wizz etc) and scheduled (Easyjet, GB etc) flights from/to many European and Middle Eastern airports. Frequent fast ferry connections are available to/from all major Greek ports and all nearby islands. Car hire essential,

Driving directions (from airport or sea port)

From the airport:�

Turn left (direction to Rhodes town) and then right at the traffic lights. A four and two-lane motorway takes you to the junction with the Rhodes to Lindos road after about 15mins of driving and having passed one more traffic light near Pastida. Turn right and drive on for about 35km to Lindos passing from Faliraki, Afandou Golf, Kolymbia, Archangelos and Kalathos. Past the entrance of Lindos drive for 3 more kms to Pefkos. We are located at the main street of Pefkos, opposite Pefka Super markets all straight down.
