SaniVillas is located at Halkidiki, in a 1200cm plot, in the forest at a beautiful place named "Sani"
The Villa is on two levels and can accommodate 4-6 persons. Beautifully made, composed of wood and stone details, featuring it's classic style. The ground floor consists of a spacious and bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you might need.
Moreover, at the ground floor includes of the "master bedroom" with view to the garden where you can find a double-bed, and a large closet. Also there is the bathroom.
On the upper floor there is the "small bedroom" which consists of two single-beds and a smaller closet.
Furthermore, two person can easily sleep on the couch at the living room, much comfortably, that's a guaranty. Also there is an extra closet at the hall at your disposal.

Outside of the villa, there is a large veranda, and the beautiful garden, full of grass, plants and flowers, which is the perfect place to have a barbeque party, or relax under the shade of the tall pine trees...
Yet another, this villa provides, the "grand swimming pool".

The pool is common-used by four other families and is divided in two, the large one where adults can enjoy swimming or exercise on diving, and the small one propriate for children...Among beautiful plants and trees, is the best way to enjoy a relaxing swim.
Now, if you feel like on going to the beach, apart from the crowded one at Sani beach club,there is a private beach at your disposal 300m away..

The Sani area, is the best way to spend your summer vacations, and one of the most luxurious resorts in Greece.It is about 80 km from Thessaloniki and 20 km from Kalithea the most popular place for shopping. It is composed of the 'marina' port, where you can have private access to the parking lot. There you can find a variety of the famous 'Greek Taverns'so as to taste the best delicacies that Greece provides with view to the sea.Furthermore, you can have a nice walk through the sailing boats, enjoy a movie at the summer cinema or do some shopping, among a great variety of products, and later have a brake at one of the many coffee shops.When the night falls, the best choice is joining a beach party you can find one at the sani beach club, where you can have a cocktail and revel in, by the crystal water and the sandy beach.Sani beach boasts some of the cleanest and warmest waters in Halkidiki.Every year is being awarded from the Foundation for Environmental Education.
