The luxury and spacious master bedroom is presented by Villa Simona. The master bedroom is perfectly placed at the 1st main building, and at the downstairs. This well equipped master bedroom has air conditioner, chair, cupboard, 2 bed side lamps, and four foster style beds with mosquito net. Our Seminyak villa also provides bathtub, shower, hand wash basin, toilet and hot and cold water at the bathroom. Guests can freely do almost all things they need to do in a home, as this 1st main building offers not only master bedroom, but also en suite bathroom, living, dining, kitchen bar, and kitchen.

• Guest Bedroom 1

Guest bedroom 1 at this private villa in Seminyak is located upstairs with simple but elegant en suite bathroom. Emphasizing on privacy and convenience, this bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner, chair, cupboard, 2 bed side lamps, and four foster style beds with mosquito net. Comes in cottage type, the guest bedroom 2 is embellished by wood blind type window, showing its uniqueness brighter. Situated in the 2nd main building, the guest bedroom 2 in our villa in Seminyak is available upstairs. Complete facilities on its en suite bathroom are able to be used at anytime guests wish to use.

• Living Area

Spend the most precious quality time with your loved ones by having evening tea at the living area provided by Villa Simona. The living area is set open air with refresh breeze, flat screen TV, DVD player, and Satellite TV. Bear the living area, the dining table is available with 6 seats as well as fully-equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities and amenities including gas stove, toaster, refrigerator, dispenser, and all dining appliances. This Villa in Seminyak provides also kitchen bar with 4 bar stools. And the living area is easily accessible onto free-flow shaped swimming pool and tropical garden.

• Garden & Pool

Make your time perfect by making a schedule to spend some times at the tropical garden and pool offered by this Private Villa in Seminyak. Our garden is simple but well manicured with various kinds of tropical plantations such as frangipani, palm, coconut, creeping and plants on the wall. Simple but stunning pool offered is in free flow; performs in mango fruit shape with 9 x 4 x 1.5 m in size. Get more relax and refreshed by laying on the sun loungers beside the pool.
