The elegant cream/white colour flows from room to room so elegantly furnished, and so much attention to detail is provided. The baths have a jacuzzi to melt any stress away. A guest toilet is also provided downstairs, and a large shower, and an amaing dinning room which seats 10, and�a�very elegantly furnished lounge. �We also have a garden shower, for those, that want to shower outside to refresh themselves and get the sea sand out before coming into the house. Nothing is spared in the form of luxury, only the best of the best. All year round state of the art, air-conditioning system & central heating. Satellite TV with a library of videos. STRICTLY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE VILLA , for the benefit of our clients. Also please note that under no circumstances, do we allow animals in the property.

Also swimming in the private pool is at owners risk.

We also offer a unique service of daily fresh cooked meals, which you may order in advance.. Also should you need babysitting, or specific information the land lord, is available, at your finger tips, to help make your holiday truly special.

Our clients are met at the port or the airport. to direct them to the villa.

We are extremely flexiable with the time scehdule..

A 50% deposit is required to be deposited upfront upon booking in order to reserve and book the villa.

NO BOOKING CAN BE DONE AND THE VILLA RESERVED� IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE DEPOSIT.

The balance upon arriving, or prior to arriving.

Cancellation fees, are charged, if a cancellation occurs.

Bank details will be issued once a request for accommodation is received., and the guest wants to book it. Please note that only once we receive the deposit we can confirm and book the villa. Then a letter of confirmation will be issued.

Driving directions (from airport or sea port)

The villa is 10 minutes by car from the airport. You definately can't hear the planes from here.

The nearest ferry port is Pessada.
