Take the National Road towards Rethymno until the exit to Kalyves. Go past Kalyves and continue on another 2 kilometres to Almyrida (22 kilometres from Chania). From Chania to Almyrida by bus. There is a daily bus from Chania to Kalyves and Almyrida, with more in the summer. Ask about bus times in the village. From Chania Airport to Almyrida. There are no buses, so you must either take a taxi or hire a car, delivered to you when you arrive at the airport. The latter is probably the cheaper option, unless you don’t drive. From Rethymno and Heraklion to Almyrida. Take the National Road in the direction of Chania. You can go to Kalyves via Georgioupoli, or continue along the National Road until the exit to Kalyves and Almyrida Policies & Disclaimers
