Each of the bedrooms are fully air conditioned with individual controls for personal enjoyment. The two master suites have additional seating spaces as does the Lucca Suite. All of the suites have direct access to a deep, shady terrace.  Electricity in the villa is 120v AC (identical to US)

Game Room

The villa game room is fully equipped to help entertain you while you are in vacation here in the Dominican Republic. The villa bar is located adjacent to the game room and rapidly becomes on of the busiest locations in the villa. The rest of the game room includes: 15' custom-designed championship shuffleboard table, poker table, foosball table, pool table, ping-pong table and, of course, large flat screen television with satellite and a vast DVD collection.

Private Swimming Pool

The private swimming pool is a massive, freeform, zero-entry swimming pool with over 3600 square feet of surface area! The 60' x 60' swimming pool boasts a diving rock, separate hot tub / spa, peninsula and swim thru. The zero entry end is perfect for kids to play since it is so shallow and provides safer handicapped access should that be necessary. The swimming pool is large enough to accommodate an entire family group with everyone having their own space.

Caribbean Golf Vacations

Superb 4 hole private putting green onsite at the villa with additional chipping green to practice your short game. The nearby Playa Grande Golf Course is a highly rated Caribbean golf destination. Local Amenities and Activities

Caribbean Golf Destination - the nearby Playa Grande Golf Course, widely referred to as the "Pebble Beach of the Caribbean" is a perennial favorite for those who truly know golf.  Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr, this eighteen hole championship course hugs the ocean offering 10 of its challenging links right on the ocean.

Horseback Riding - gallop through the countryside, across fields and small streams to local towns hidden in the countryside (campo).  A friendly welcome always awaits you throughout this guided excursion.

Scuba Diving - scuba dive along some of the most famous reef systems in the world.  Not too far from here is where the famous Spanish galleon "Concepcion" foundered and sank with billions of dollars (todays value) in golden coins.  Maybe you can find one!  If you do not know how to scuba dive you can also learn and become certified while on vacation.

Snorkeling - attractive reefs, safe water bays and even fresh water (and remarkably cool) lakes are perfect destinations for your snorkeling adventures.

Whale Watching - a seasonal treat enjoyed from late January to mid-March, the largest Atlantic migration of magnificent humpback whales literally pass by the villa on their way to Samana.  Take a day trip there to venture on a whale-watching boat and watch these beautiful creatures play, mate and even give birth!

ATV Rental - grab your four-wheeler attitude, some grubby clothes, and head out on this guided excursion through the countryside, over hill and dale, through streams and more to explore the outback of the Dominican Republic.

Deep Sea Fishing - have you ever caught a marlin?  How about a wahoo?  Or a mahi-mahi?  If not, then you are in for a real treat when you plan your vacation with day (or more) of deep sea fishing.  Although no one can guarantee a catch you are sure to have fun trying.

Old City Tours - the Dominican Republic is the oldest place in the Western Hemisphere for European settlement so come visit the magnificent ports of call in Puerto Plata or Santo Domingo.  The Colonial Zone in Santo Domingo is a favorite for a long day trip of sightseeing, shopping and sampling fine cuisine in restaurants embraced by colonial parks and roads.

Whitewater Rafting - extreme fun for the adventurous in your group will take them to Jarabacoa, located in the center of the island, where they enjoy a guided tour shooting the rapids.

Windsurfing - is one of the most popular water sports along the north coast thanks to the same trade winds that brought Columbus to this island.  Kiteboarding is also gaining in popularity very quickly.  Both are available only an hours ride from the villa.  Rentals, education and camaraderie with other lovers of the sport are found throughout the area.

Ocean World Marine Park - one of the most famous tourism destinations in the Dominican Republic is a must see while you are here.  Swim with dolphins and sea lions in a exceptionally well operated marine park located a couple of hours from the villa.

Samana International Airport (AZS) is located 45 minutes from the villa.  Many Canadian and European carriers and charters as well as private aircraft use this airport.  Currently US air carriers do not land here.

Puerto Plata (POP) is located 90 minutes from the villa.  Flights are available from around the world.

Santo Domingo (SDQ) is located 2 hours from the villa.  Flights are available from around the world.

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as Paypal, money orders, wire transfers and cash.  A 50% deposit is required to guarantee the reservation with the remaining funds due 45 days prior to arrival.  Our cancellation policy does provide for a partial refund, please contact owner for details.

Required $2500 security deposit.  Rental agreement containing all rental provisions must be signed upon rental.
