BODRUM CASTLE - Built by the Knights of Rhodes in the 15th century and dedicated to St. Peter, the castle took 99 years to be finished.�It is built on Zephyrion Island, the original site of the city of Halikarnassos. Stones from the Mausoleum of King Mausolos were used in its construction. �There are 5 towers in this castle, all of which have a name: French, English, Italian, German and Snake towers. The castle covers approximately 30,000 sq. meters.
PAMUKKALE -which is unique in the world with its cascading water from the cliffs forming, crystallized, dazzling white & Frozen Waterfalls. The thermal waters have been used for therapeutic treatments since the Roman period. Enjoy the therapeutic hot spring waters.
MILETOS - is one of the oldest cities of Ionia. The city was on the point where the Buyuk Menderes ("Meander") flew into the Aegean Sea. Because of the alluviums, Miletos has been remote several times from sea, which explains that one can see today different harbors. Miletos was also the city of many scientists and philosophers such as Thales, Anaximander, Hekataios (principle source to Herodotos) and closer to us, Isidorus, the architect of Hagia Sophia in Istanbul. Miletos had its alphabet recognized by the Greek world as the official Greek alphabet, basis of the current Latin alphabet.
TEMPLE OF APPOLO - This is a marvelous site and was one of antiquity's most sacred places. Many times looted and burned, the colossal sanctuary still impresses with its elegant beauty surrounded by a double-colonnaded portico. Not far from the archaeological site is the beautiful beach of Altinkum. There are local Dolmus up to temple of Apollo located in the heart of Ancient town Didyma every 15 minutes from Altinkum. If you like walking, Apollo temple of Didyma is approximately half an hour’s walk from Altinkum.

�EPHESUS : A visit to Ephesus -which was once the commercial center of the ancient world, now the largest classical, archeological site in the world- is a highlight of any visit to Turkey. The City with it's splendid architectural program was decided to the Goddess Artemis whose temple once considered one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The excursion covers the visit of Ephesus Ancient City, The House of Virgin Mary which is a popular place of pilgrimage for Christians and Muslims and the site of the Temple of Artemis.

DALYAN :� The Dalyan Delta, with a long, golden sandy beach at it's mouth, is a nature conservation area, home to much wildlife and a refuge for sea turtles (Caretta-Caretta). You will sail down the river for a short time to enjoy the mud-bath and sulphur springs. Following the lunch explore the maze of channels by boat as you immerse yourself in this tranquil dream world. On the way, high on the cliff face, at a bend in the river, above the fascinating ancient harbour city of Caunos, observe the 2000 years old magnificent Lycian tombs that were carved in to the rock. Finally, you will a relaxing afternoon, enjoying the sun on miles of unspoilt sandy Turtle Beach.

DIVING : Altinkum is surrounded by waters ideal for divers and diving. There is a rich variety of marine life to be seen, while the seabed has many sponge and coral beds of breathtaking beauty. The calm and crystal waters around Bodrum make this area a must for any experienced diver, and for beginners this is a wonderful place to start, with diving sites to suit all tastes.

TURKISH BATH : �A Turkish bath (Turkish: Hamam) is the Turkish variant of a steam bath, sauna or Russian Bath, distinguished by a focus on water, as distinct from ambient steam.�In Western Europe, the 'Turkish bath' as a method of cleansing and relaxation became popular during the Victorian era. The process involved in taking a Turkish bath is similar to that of a sauna, but is more closely related to ancient Greek and ancient Roman bathing practices.�A person taking a Turkish bath first relaxes in a room (known as the warm room) that is heated by a continuous flow of hot, dry air allowing the bather to perspire freely. Bathers may then move to an even hotter room (known as the hot room) before splashing themselves with cold water. After performing a full body wash and receiving a massage, bathers finally retire to the cooling-room for a period of relaxation

Terms & Conditions

1. Your Contract

The application for booking constitutes an acceptance of all these terms and conditions by the client and the client accepts it on behalf of all the members of the party named in the booking form.

2. Payment

In order to book the villa, we require a non-refundable deposit of �100. The balance will be due 8 weeks before departure. If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled. A damage deposit of �250 is required 8 weeks before departure. This will be returned to you after our management company's satisfactory report after your departure.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your holiday at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person signing the booking form and is communicated in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:

More than 8 weeks before departure - Deposit only

Less than 8 weeks before departure - Full amount

4. Changing Your Booking

If after confirmation has been issued, you wish to change departure dates, we will do our best to help. If we are unable to rearrange your booking we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.

5. Accommodation

The accommodation is provided solely for the use of the client and guests named on the booking form or as amended by agreement with us in writing. Subletting and/or reassignment is strictly prohibited. Check out time is as agreed at time of booking.

6. Insurance

It is your responsibility and condition of the booking that you arrange appropriate insurance cover for all members of your party for personal injury etc. We assume that such policy is in force before you depart. All members of the party use the pool entirely at their own risk. Please obey the pool rules and remember at all times that this is a private pool with no lifeguard. Please also note that the wet areas around the pool and the tiles can be slippery, so please ensure that you or members of your party are dry before entering the Villa from the pool area. Under no circumstance can glassware be taken into the pool area.

7. Reductions

No reductions or credit notes will be given under circumstances amounting to 'Force Majeure'. In the above, 'Force Majeure' means war, threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, accident, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, airline failure, closure of airports or ports and adverse weather conditions and natural causes outside our control.

8. Price Guarantee

We guarantee that the price of your accommodation will not be subject to any change or local tax.

9. Care of Property

Please remember that this is someone's privately owned Villa and the property should be left clean and undamaged. The property will be thoroughly examined by the management company and an inventory taken on your departure, and if it is not left in a suitable conditions, it may be necessary to charge the security deposit for costs to cover extra cleaning, repairs or replacements. We also recommend you inspect on arrival to ensure it is in order.

10. Liability Limitations

a) Please Note, No responsibility is accepted for any loss of personal items while staying in the property or after departure.

b) The owners or their agents will not be liable for any loss or injuries resulting from use of the villa, pool, or in any part of the property how so ever caused. All guests must follow the rules and notices of Safety matters.

c) Parents must at all time obey the rules and supervise children when using pool facilities.

d) Management company or the owners accept no responsibility or liability for failure of any equipment in the property. After notification of equipment failure, the management company will endeavor to rectify the problem in a reasonable and timely manner.

11. Agreement for the following Conditions of use of Equipment

1) Please, follow instructions on operation/safety procedures on all the equipment in the Villa. If in doubt, ask.

2) Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the Villa is locked and lighted suitably when you are out. This is for your own security and safety.

12. Please note that to enter Turkey you are required to purchase a visa, this visa can be purchased at the Airport you fly into and costs �10. This is paid in sterling.
