The 3 excellent bedrooms all have en-suite facilites, with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one double and one twin and a further twin on the first floor.

2 bathrooms have toilet, shower and bath facilities
1 bedroom has toilet & shower facilities

The kitchen is fitted with all modern facilities including coorker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave.  There is a dinning table just outside the kitchen seating six people.

An iron board & iron is provided

The living room is comfortable with two sofas and has a TV, DVD, & Sat TV

Coral Bay Beach is approx 0.5km from the villa which offers a wide range of watersports facilities.

The resort centre is approx 1km from the villa however there are shops, bars and restaurants on your door step.

There is a full excursiion programe available in resort.

Air conditioning is not included in the cost and is charged locally at 5 euros per unit per day per small unit & 8 euros per unit per day per large unit.

One week stays will recieve a mid week towel change.
Two week stays will recieve a mid week towel change & a full clean half way through the stay.

Any damages will be paid for locally by the client
