Two on the upper floor and three on the ground floor. This layout makes it ideal for those who are less able as they dont need to climb any stairs. All bedrooms have fitted wardbrobes.The two bedrooms on the upper level have their own bathroom, with the master bedroom having " his and hers" double sink unites , seperate power shower unit, seperate toliet and a Jaccuzzi bath.The master bedroom also has " his and hers " walk in wardrobes. There is a large balcony to the master suite and the second bedroom on this floor also has access to this balcomy, and it has a balcony of its own.On thr ground floor one bedroom has its wn shower room and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.The kitchen has american dfridge freezer , oven and hob and plenty of storage space. There is also a breakfast seating area.The open plan living /dining room is very large. It has leather sofas and a seperate dining table overlooking the terrace and pool. There is a plasma TV and dvd plaLocal Amenities and ActivitiesThe house is perfectly situated for exploring the Cosata Del Sol. It is 10 minutes from Selwo safari Park, a must for the kids.45 minutes by car will take you to Gibraltar and its only 45 minutes from Malaga airport too.In one hour you can also be at Aqualand theme park.Nearer to the house you have the world famous Puerto Banus resort only ten minutes away by taxi.Marbella centre is just over ten minutes away.Within two minutes in the car there are countless bars and restuarants with just about every international cuisine available.The beach is at the bottom of the street which has an aqua club, there are also two hotels there for close by nightime entertainment.the house is also close to many golf courses, the nearest being a five minute walk.Check in / Check out timesCheck in any reasonable time....you must check out by 2pm on the day of departure so that the property can be prepared for the next guests, we try to be as flexible as possible where we can.Airports / Sea Ports / Other Transport45 minutes from both Malaga and Gibraltar airports.
