Villa Xteni is a two floor villa with the main entrance situated on the upper floor.

Upon entering the villa is the living room and onto the right, there is the kitchen and the dining area.

From the dining area there is access to a balcony with an outdoor dining set and view to the sea and the mountainous terrain. A different door offers access to the pool deck area.

To reach the bedrooms there is a marble staircase to the lower floor.

The main bedroom (en suite) has the advantage of an walk-in wardrobe and opens onto an outside shaded sitting area, with table, chairs and a sofa.

Both bedrooms access the garden and a further set of stairs leads to the pool area.
