INTERIOR
The main entry to Villa Ourania is into a spacious and modern sitting/dining room and open plan kitchen with full-sized cooker and dining table.  A small archway from the sitting room leads to an inner hall which houses the washing machine and, off the hallway,there is a double bedded room with a large bathroom next door which includes a corner bathtub.  French windows from the bedroom lead to the furnished front terrace and views down the valley to Skopelos Town and the sea.

Wooden stairs from the hall lead to the master bedroom with four poster bed and another large bedroom with twin beds, both with en-suite w/c shower rooms. Both spacious bedrooms have high wooden ceilings and steep stairways leading to an office/sleeping gallery which looks down on the bedroom and is furnished with a writing desk and a day bed which can be easily converted for extra sleeping space (small children not recommended due to the steep stairway).  Both bedrooms have private balconies accessed by French windows.  The twin bedded room also has a separate entrance from an exterior staircase leading up from the parking area.

EXTERIOR
Villa Ourania is set in its own gardens, on the hillside, approximately 2km from Skopelos Town and enjoys lovely views over the harbour.  This traditional style property has a built-in BBQ to one side of the parking area and the large swimming pool is set amongst the landscaped garden, on a level just below the villa, furnished with sunbeds and shady umbrellas.

SURROUNDINGS
The villa is set in a quiet location amongst olive and fruit trees but is within two or three minutes’ drive of Skopelos Town. The nearest beaches at Stafilos and Velanio are only 4km away whilst keen walkers will find plenty of suitable trails right on their doorstep.

SUITABILITY
Villa Ourania is suitable for couples travelling together, families and large groups who wish to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside whilst being close to all the amenities of Skopelos Town.  The ground floor, with its own bedroom and bathroom, is suitable for people who have slight walking difficulties.
