This villa is 5 star, luxury, seafront accommodation set in beautifully kept landscaped gardens. Positioned on the top of a cliff it overlooks the bay of Chania and the sparkling Aegean and offers stunning views out to sea with amazing picture book sunsets. It has a large, tiled, infinity pool with children's area,private parking and is ideally suited for families, friends or for romantic getaways throughout the year. The villa has 4 large bedrooms which sleep 8 plus child cots if needed. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms which are supplied with bath towels and bath robes. Terraces provide quiet areas off bedrooms and a pergola covered seating and dining area offers shade with spectacular views. Villa Grace is located in a stunning cliff top position, next to the sea, on the edge of the beautiful Akrotiri peninsula in western Crete in Greece. The villa is a 20 minute drive from the historic Venetian city of Chania, known as 'little Venice' and a 15 minute drive from the airport. It boasts amazing sunset views across the bay of Chania and the Aegean sea with numerous quiet, 'blue flag awarded' golden sandy beaches nearby. The beautiful beaches of Tersanas, Kalathas and Stavros are a few minutes away from the villa and all have lovely fish restaurants and beach bars. Stavros is a beautiful cove with a small harbour and where the Oscar winning 'Zorba the Greek' movie was filmed. The area is perfect for relaxing and has many monasteries and caves waiting to be explored in the mountain range which runs along the length of the peninsular. There are plenty of local supermarkets, restaurants and bars offering international cuisine with horse riding, sailing and scuba diving nearby.

FROM HERAKLION/CHANIA AIRPORTS

The easiest way to get to villa Grace is to follow the national highway to Chania. The entrance to the highway is 500 metres from Heraklion airport and it is the only highway on the island.

Head for Chania airport on the Akrotiri peninsular and villa Grace is about 15 minutes from there. The whole journey should take just over 2 hours.

Just before Chania airport(about 3kms), you will go through the village of ‘Aroni’. Just after this village, you turn left at a roundabout and then there is a long straight road going towards the airport with a T -junction at the end. You can either turn right to the airport or turn left which is signposted towards Aghia Triada monastery. Take the left turning.

After 100 metres turn right towards Aghia Triada monastery.

After 100 metres then turn left towards Aghia Triada monastery.

After 1000 metres turn left towards Chorafakia. Keep on this road(quiet road with no houses and a mountain range on the right side) for about 3km until you get to the village of Chorafakia. As you get into the village, there is a church on the left and the road goes sharply to the right.

Keep on this road through the village and after 1000 metres , turn left , signposted Tersanas.

The road goes down towards the sea, past Tersanas beach, and then up towards villa Grace.

After 1 km the road goes sharply to the right, Do not turn right but go straight on and then turn left after 50 metres.

After another 100 metres, turn right into a driveway. There are two villas here. Go to the right of the first villa , down the driveway and the private parking area for Villa Grace is at the bottom

The villa is 400 metres away from the Perle hotel and spa resort which is also signposted.
