          Located close to the village of Peymeinade minutes away from city of Grasse, the perfume capital of France this wonderful villa has 200 square metres of living space in 4,500 square metres (over an acre) of beautifully landscaped garden with a 12m x 5.5m swimming pool. This extremely quiet and tranquil villa consists of a main house that is ideal for a family and an independent cottage ideal for teenagers or a young couple with small children. With beautiful views of picturesque villages and the magnificent natural scenery this villa provides a relaxing, luxurious environment for family and friends to get together and enjoy the attractions of the Cote d'Azur.
'Des Pins' is a beautiful villa with a warm inviting ambiance. The villa has recently been refurbished to a high standard. The lounge/dining room is light and spacious with light wood and warm ochre colours. This villa provides spacious living for up to 10 adults and a baby or a small child in 6 bedrooms - 4 in the main house and 2 in the cottage Main House - 4 bedrooms & 1 bathroom and a shower room en suite and a separate WC. The living room is in excess of 50 square meters with a log fire leading to a large covered terrace with views across to picturesque villages in the hills to the north. There is also a modern fully equipped kitchen Cottage - Independent from the main house the cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, a shower room, small sitting room with a kitchenette. It is ideal for a couple with up two young children or alternatively for teenagers who wish to stay together semi independently from the adults Terraces & patios - A large covered terrace off the living room with a table and chairs that caters for a large family to dine in the cool northern shade looking out to amazing views of hilltop villages. At nights the spectacular views of lit villages and surrounding landscape makes this particularly appealing to enjoy those special family dinners. There are other seating areas dotted around the grounds The Grounds - This villa is situated in a beautifully landscaped ground of some 4,500 meters that is mainly flat and enclosed with conifers and laurels. Entrance is via an automatic gate and a private access road. A magnificent swimming pool with beach entrance sits in the middle of a large lawn area planted with exotic plants, olives and palms. There are bushes of flowering oleander, jasmine and lavender as well as established cherry, apricot and fig trees. At nights when the lights are turned on including under water lights in the swimming pool, the garden looks absolutely spectacular. Local Amenities and ActivitiesHistoric villages of Mougins and Valbonne with numerous art galleries and restaurants are some 15 minutes drive and Sophia Antipolis which is one of Europe's largest business locations is also some 15 minutes drive away. The picturesque port town of Antibes is approximately 30 minutes away with its famous Picasso Museum in the old Grimaldi Castle and markets selling produce, bric-à-brac and clothes The beaches at Cannes, Juan Le pins, Mandelieu, St. Maxim, Les Isambre, Frejus all with variety of water sports are within easy reach nearest being Cannes is less than half an hour away At Le Lac de St Cassien, only 9km away, boats, pedallos and windsurfers are available to hire. The lake is famous for course fishing. Lots of golf clubs are within easy reach In the summer, the open air swimming pool in the village is open from the beginning of June. There are more tennis courts 3km away at Le Tignet. There are good riding schools in the vicinity. In the mountains close by are the flower fields for the scent factories in Grasse, and there are many mapped walks in the area There is skiing about an hour away by car at Andon and about 2 hours away at Valberg Other places to see include perched villages of Provence; medieval St Paul de Vence; Gorges du Verdon; Picasso museum at Antibes and many other galleries and museums; La Croisette at Cannes; scent factories at Grasse; Monaco; St TropezShopping in the area is a pleasure. For general supermarket shopping Champion Supermarket is about 2 minutes drive and Intermarche only 4 or 5 minutes away. Peymeinade and Grasse both have markets and small shops selling a great variety of Provençal specialities and ready cooked meals. In the neighbourhood there are top class restaurants to satisfy most tastes and pockets. Peymeinade has one of the areas finest butchers and general grocery stores. With areas such as Cannes, Nice, Juan les Pins and St Tropez so accessible, the nightlife is without limits. Juan les Pins, 35minutes away, is famous for its strips of bars and nightclubs open until all hours. These entertainment centres are easy to reach by train or car, and minicab companies also run in the area.
